FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHY CHOOSE PARANOID
Zergs suck - seriously. Nobody likes going on a server, facing a group of 10+,
and getting owned. Our Solo, Duo, and Trio servers have restricted group limits.
Doing this levels the playing field for you and your teammates. No more getting
decimated with unfair numbers.
Take, for example, our group limit rule on the Solo/Duo/Trio Servers.
* 3 PLAYERS MAX: IN ANY BASE, CLAN, OR ROAMING GROUP.
* It's not hard regarding group limits. No more than the specific group limit
and players must be in a clan to play together.
* IF a player has stopped playing for the wipe, you MUST kill the sleeper, kick
them from your clan, remove their bag, and clear your TC/Turret Auth.
* Being caught with four or more players, you will be either banned or given a
final warning. If you receive a warning, you will receive a longer ban than
someone who received the initial rest of the wipe ban.
We encourage community spirit on Paranoid, but, if you are breaking the rules by
PVPing or Raiding as more than the intended group limit, you risk being banned.
WHEN IS WIPE?!
Wipes times are Server Specific!
Click here and find which server your playing to see the wipe time!
If it's the forced/developer wipe this will be at 08:00 PM Your Local Time on
the first Thursday of the month.
PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT DEFER FROM OUR WIPE CYCLE
This means if your server normally wipes on a Friday the server you're playing
will incur another wipe after forcedwipe.
Utilise this time to get blueprints and prepare for the weekend wipe.
This gives us a 24-hour grace period to fix any issues with the update, plugins,
exploits, anything that can and regularly does happen on forcewipe.

GLOBAL SERVER RULES
* English only in global chat.*
* No Doxxing/DDoS threats.
* Players with an EAC of 60 days or less will not be allowed to play.
* Prohibiting access to large & small monuments (Dome, Oxum's etc.) is not
allowed; Quarries Excluded.
* No more than 3 layers of high external/wooden walls around your base.
* Abusing any exploits will result in a ban.
* Except for SEA servers
GROUP LIMIT RULES
It's not hard regarding group limits. No more than the specific group limit and
players must be in a clan to play together.
Raiding/Roaming with anyone who is not part of your clan is NOT allowed.
TRIO
No more than 3 players in any base or raiding/roaming group.
DUO
No more than 2 players in any base or raiding/roaming group.
SOLO
EVERYONE is your enemy. There are no excuses.
SWAPPING OUT PLAYERS
You can replace players if one of your team members is offline - if a player has
stopped playing then you MUST do the following:
* Kill the sleeper
* Kick them from your Clan/Team
* Remove their sleeping bags
* Clear TC / Turret Auth
* Change Codes
This also does not mean you can roam with an AFK player in your base (They still
count as an online member of your team)
If you are caught with 4 or more players you will be either given a last warning
or you will be banned
If you continue to break our rules even after warning kicks from our staff, you
will be banned for a longer period than a player who is outright banned for
teaming
EVERYONE BUT YOUR TEAM IS YOUR ENEMY
OTHER
BASE GIVEAWAYS
If you wish to give your base away if you are leaving for the wipe, you MUST do
the following:
* Remove all bags
* Clear Auth on All TC/Turrets
* Unlock All Doors
* F1 Kill when you are done
You cannot be in the base at the same time as the user you are giving it to.

COMMUNITY EVENTS
We encourage community spirit on Paranoid but if you want to host a community
event such as a disco or an art gallery you need Admin or above permission to do
so.
We do not however allow you to run hotels that exceed the group limit of the
server you are on.

We believe Admin being allowed to play servers they have power on is a conflict
of interest.
Our admin cannot unvanish or even interact with anything in the world - they are
spectators, here to monitor and nothing else.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By purchasing one of our products, you agree and accept that you have read and
understood our terms of service.
2. KITS AND PACKAGES
If you have purchased VIP, VIP+, or MVP, you will receive 50% of the total shown
on the store in each of your two uses of the /kit command. The command will
reset every wipe. Region Rank kits are not server-specific, but other kits are
per server. We will move your packages only if requested within the first week
of purchase and only once total per 30 days.
3. SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Payments for subscriptions will automatically be taken every 30 days. To cancel
a subscription, contact the Support Bot on Discord and request cancellation.
4. KITS ACCESS AND RESTRICTIONS
We delay access to some kits after a server wipe to maintain server balance and
fair gameplay. We block certain kits and items for specific amounts of time to
balance the server between paying and non-paying players.
5. REFUNDS AND REPLACEMENTS
We will not offer refunds after you have claimed your kits. Lost items due to
in-game death or raiding will not be replaced.
6. BANS AND RULES
We reserve the right to ban you without refund for breaking server rules or for
other specified reasons. Bans and rules are subject to the discretion of server
admins and can be changed at any time.
7. DELIVERY AND TIMING
All purchases are usually delivered within 10 minutes but can be delayed up to
48 hours in rare circumstances.
8. CHANGES TO PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We reserve the right to alter, update, or remove perks, privileges, permissions,
services, or products at any time.
9. COMMUNICATION
All official communication must be done through our Discord Support Bot or our
Support E-Mail Address.
10. AGREEMENT
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this service.
WHY IS MY KIT ONLY GIVING HALF?
We understand that losing valuable items during PVP can be quite disheartening
for our players. To mitigate the impact of accidental losses, we provide only
half of the displayed items on each of the two uses of the command. This
approach lessens the blow to the user, as they won't lose the entire kit in a
single instance of PVP.
Please note that there is a 900-second timer per use of the command, which means
you can only use the command once every 15 minutes.
