To log a new ticket please fully complete the form on the left, include a summary, the location of the issue and as much detail as you can in the decription box. This will help us diagnose and resolve your issue as quickly as possible. If your issue is urgent please contact the technicians direct on extension 622. For presentation/event equipment booking, please click the "Presentation/Event Equipment Request" Tab above and complete the form on that page. For IT Rooms or IRIS bookings, please visit rooms.brigshaw.co.uk -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Once you have opened a ticket, you can check its progress on this website, once you have logged in, you will see a list of your open tickets at the top of the page. You will also be informed via email when a technician updates your ticket. If your issue has resolved itself and/or your ticket is no longer required, you can log into the portal, select the open ticket for the top list, and click "Close Reqest" If you wish to add additional information, or respond to one of our techincians, you can do this via this portal, log in and select the open ticket from the top list, then you can add coments in the box provided.
