I had used Geoff and his...read more After Virgin Media installed ducting in our road (and made an awful mess of it), I wanted to know how to get FTTP as I am having my drive replaced next month, and didn't want it dug up again when the cable was installed. I had used Geoff and his team before, so contacted him about next steps. He was able to give me a contact at Openreach, and within 24 hours I'd received several calls and emails. I even had an engineer arrive to advise on next steps. It helps if you have the right contacts, and these guys certainly do. I can't thank Geoff enough for all his help and advice. Geoff understood what was needed. Geoff gave me Russell”s number Gave him. A call, text address and he came that afternoon. I showed him where phones, life line etc were and now needed to be. He discussed the best way to do the job but said phone in kitchen would not work but that wasn’t a problem. Russell did a great job new main socket in lounge ready for when BT change things, both phones still connected and working and life line box now close to where Mum will be. Russell was professional, friendly, his work was neat and he tided up. Very reasonable price and all work guaranteed. I couldn’t have asked for more. Fantastic Thank you.
