How long will I need FlowConverts?


We understand that the duration of our services varies for each client. That's
why we determine the timeline on a case-by-case basis. Some clients find that
just one month is enough to meet all their needs, while others may require 2-4
months. And of course, some clients want to keep working with us indefinitely.
It all depends on your unique requirements. Before you sign up, we'll have a
discussion either through a call or via email to understand your needs and come
up with a plan that works best for you.

What kind of designs can FlowConverts create?


Web design is our speciality! We excel in creating various designs, including
fully responsive landing pages, sales pages, marketing websites, blogs, apps,
dashboards, and much more. If it's a website you need, rest assured that we can
design it to meet your vision and goals.

We also have an in-house content creator and social media manager who works
directly with our clients to help create content for social media. We help you
grow your traffic through organic content creation or shorts, reels, digital
graphics and video content.

What if I still need more from the work at the end?


While we are confident you'll be thrilled with our work, we understand that
satisfaction is essential. We offer a refund within 14 days of signing up if
you're unhappy. However, in our 15 years of working with clients, we have never
had to issue a refund due to an unsatisfied client—and we intend to keep it that
way. Your happiness is our ultimate goal, and we'll go the extra mile to ensure
your satisfaction.

How can I be sure of the quality of work with FlowConverts?


At FlowConverts, we strive to deliver nothing short of the best-in-class website

we compromise on the quality of our work or fail to provide professional

What happens once the work is complete? What about hosting costs?


After we've completed the project, you have several options to consider. Since
all our work is done within Webflow, we can provide hosting for your project
within our Webflow account. We'll send you a simple invoice that covers the cost
of Webflow hosting, which you can cancel at any time if needed. The hosting rate
typically ranges between $15-$40 per month, depending on the specific needs of
your project.

Please note that we do not charge additional fees on top of Webflow's rates.
Alternatively, if you prefer to keep the project within your own Webflow
account, we can facilitate a smooth transfer to your account. We'll guide you
through activating the appropriate hosting plan for your project.

Lastly, we can also provide a full export of the HTML/CSS source code, allowing
you to upload it elsewhere or integrate it into your own backend. We offer
various options for project handover, ensuring flexibility and convenience.
Whatever option you choose, we're committed to working closely with you to
ensure a smooth and successful completion of the project.

Can I edit my website, or will you handle updates for me?


Absolutely! At FlowConverts, we believe in empowering our clients. We provide
comprehensive training to ensure that you have the skills and knowledge to make
edits to your website confidently. We'll guide you through the process, showing
you how to update content, images, and other elements on your site. We want you
to have full control over your website.

However, we understand that only some people want to handle the updates
themselves. You can leave the responsibility of making updates to us. We have a
team of experts who can handle ongoing updates and maintenance for your website.

It's entirely up to you to decide what level of involvement you'd like.We aim to
provide you with the flexibility and support you need to manage your website
effectively. Whether you make updates yourself or rely on our team, we're here
to ensure that your website remains up-to-date and meets your evolving business
needs.

How does your content creation and social media management work?


At FlowConverts, we have an in-house Social Media Manager who specialises in
creating and scheduling content to be posted on the Social media platforms of
your choice.

We work with you to create a strategy, have a clear process for the content
creation process and schedule that content so that you are clear on a regular
posting schedule.
