When I apply for a Techron Advantage Card, which one will I receive?

Customers who apply for the Techron Advantage Card will first be considered for
the Techron Advantage Visa Credit Card. If not approved, the applicant will then
be considered for the Techron Advantage Credit Card.

How is the new limited-time offer different from the ongoing 3¢/gal. in Fuel
Credits everyday offer?

Between September 1, 2023 and March 31, 2024, new and existing cardholders can
earn 6¢/gal. in Fuel Credits on PLUS and 8¢/gal. in Fuel Credits on
Supreme/Premium when they pay with their Techron Advantage Card in the Chevron
or Texaco app:

 * 3¢/gal. on Regular or Diesel
 * 6¢/gal. on PLUS (Limited-time app offer)
 * 8¢/gal. on Supreme/Premium (Limited-time app offer)

Cardholders will continue earning 3¢/gal. in Fuel Credits regardless of fuel
grade after March 31, 2024.

What is the introductory offer for new cardholders?
 * New cardholders can earn 37¢/gal. in Fuel Credits for the first 90 days when
   they open a new account starting September 1, 2023.
 * Plus, with the limited-time offer and everyday rewards, that’s up to 45¢/gal.
   in Fuel Credits for new Credit cardholders when they fill up at a Chevron or
   Texaco station! And up to 55¢/gal. in Fuel Credits for new Visa Credit
   cardholders when they make qualifying purchases outside of fuel merchants and
   fill up at a Chevron or Texaco station!

Why should I use a gas card such as the Techron Advantage Card instead of a
debit card?

In addition to the convenience of paying at the pump and earning Fuel Credits,
the Techron Advantage Card provides a level of security that may not be
available with your debit card, such as $0 Fraud Liability. Also, regular use of
a credit card, such as the Techron Advantage Card, can help you build your
credit history when payments are made on time, unlike a debit card. Plus, it’s
accepted at over 8,000 Chevron and Texaco stations in the U.S.

How Fuel Credits Work

Purchases subject to credit approval. See the Fuel Credits Program Terms for
details. Synchrony Bank has the right to change or terminate any promotional
offers. Fuel Credits, including introductory, ongoing base and limited time
offer Fuel Credits, earned from Chevron and Texaco fuel purchases will each be
applied as a cents-per-gallon discount at the pump or as a statement credit
depending on dispenser capability at the station. Visa Spend Fuel Credits earned
from qualifying purchases made outside of fuel merchants will be applied as a
statement credit.

stations 9/1/2023–3/31/2024.

2 Fuel Credits are earned on fuel purchases made with a Techron Advantage Card
account within the Chevron or Texaco app at participating Chevron and Texaco
branded U.S. retail stations 9/1/2023–3/31/2024. Fuel Credits will appear on
your statement within 3 billing periods. After 3/31/2024, continue earning
3¢/gal. in Fuel Credits on all fuel grades.

3 A maximum of $300 in total Visa Spend Fuel Credits may be earned in any
calendar year.
