What is the best chemical I can use for Acrylic painting?

The NYCIL AE 557 is generally suggested for all-purpose dispersion paints.
It is suitable for glossy to flat, interior and exterior paints on various
substrates including plaster, masonry, asbestos cement, concrete and wood. It is
also an excellent binder for various types of textured finishes and surfaces.
