15 year warranty is useless unless you keep receipts on $30 tools for 5 years
This is a good model.
Waiting for months for warrant. Almost 1 year Website says to call. When calling
it tell you to send an email.
Busted 2 of these pieces of junk and now
Beware! If Ames products fail on you (and they will) they will not replace it.
Their 15 year warranty is a joke. I contacted customer service and they will not
replace nor repair their crappy product. We purchased the fiberglass handle
garden hoe and it snapped in two after very little use. Buy Razorback or any
other competitor for a better quality product.

Do you have replacement handles Or replace the whole tool
My trowel broke after using no more than 10 times. Poor design. Contacted
customer service and since I can’t find the receipt, they don’t cover the 15
year warranty. Won’t purchase their tools again.
My hoseholder disintegrated but it was a gift so ames won't onor their life time
guarantee.their non customer service is an anthema to american manufacturing.
