The price of EasyPractice is adjusted based on your business activity.

If you have less than 500 bookings through the system, you will pay a fixed low
base price.

If you exceed 500 client appointments, an additional cost will be added to your
subscription price based on the number of client appointments you have.
Appointments that are older than one year from the current date are disregarded
when calculating the number of appointments in the system.
