THEY DON’T EXPLAIN IN THEIR POLICY IF…

They don’t explain in their policy if you have old violations you are not able
to get a car. Which is ridiculous.

DEPOSIT REQUESTED AFTER CREDIT CHECK

I am sorry to leave this review, but you need to grow as a Company and be more
transparent on your ads.
Please specify better inside the ads that a deposit could be required after all
the documents verification process (which took 10 days because my passport,
credit card and driving license were not enough). You claim to have 'no hidden
costs', but asking to a customer 1000 EUR of deposit after confirming his
reservation, sounds like a scam, what you think?
I have to make another reservation with a competitor, which highlights in the
first pricing overview below the image of the car that 'no deposit is required
after credit check'. Otherwise I wouldn't have reserve anything with you.

GREAT SERVICE SO FAR

I subscribed to a Jeep Wrangler to get a sense of the car prior to actually
buying one. It was delivered in perfect condition a few days after I subscribed.
I've had to contact FINN a few times after delivery to ask questions about
Insurance, etc, and, although getting them on the phone is next to impossible,
they are pretty good with email case support. It is a great service! I will rate
them again after I return the car, to let you know if the gauge me with return
fees ;-)

TOO EXPENSIVE CANCELLATION FEE

I ordered the vehicle on 1/23/2023. But, My situation has been changed so, I
want cancel my subscription.
After book confirm 48hours past then you have to pay one month subscription fee
for the cancellation.
That is too expensive the cancellation fee. also, I couldn't see the
cancellation fee amount.
Be aware of this company. Kind of SCAM...
Not worth even one star..

Wish I knew about Finn sooner!! I’m so very pleased with every aspect!! So quick

Conor Gallagher made it so easy for me to determine if FINN was right for me. I
had several questions surrounding who paid what, when, what was considered
excess wear and tear, what specific features were available on the vehicle I was
interested in, and how maintenance would be handled (and where). Conor was so
patient with me and didn't just respond to my e-mails, but provided thorough
documentation for me to review. I am looking forward to taking delivery of my
new Blazer and hope that FINN will continue to provide stellar auto
transportation services in the Baltimore market for years to come!

SO EASY...

So easy. I have had a Jeep now for about 6 months. No issues and delivery was in
front of my house. Easy to get in touch with them when needed. Plus, its fun
getting a new car every year. I look forward to my next one this summer.

AMAZING!!

AMAZING!!! I can't believe I did not know about FINN earlier and wasted so much
time and money.
I will start with customer service, because I called them numerous times and
asked to change my desired car twice (within one day) and they changed it. I've
encountered almost every customer service from the different companies that I've
done business with, and FINN has the best CS agents hands down. Kudos to PETRA,
who took my call and changed my Nissan Altima to a Chevrolet Trailblazer in five
minutes.
I changed the car because I thought Chevy would be better for cold NYC weather.

To sum up, I am very pleased with the company, with how easy everything is, with
how easily accessible the customer service team is. I will keep you posted and
might even make a video to post on YouTube about this experience.

FINN AUTO'S FIRST EXPERIENCE

I was looking for a short term rental and Finn met my expectations in terms of
rental duration and price. Looking for a rental a going through the steps is a
super easy and quick process that can be done from home.
Because of specifics, I had to reach out to the support team. I must say that
the contact team was by far stellar in its reactivity (within the day) and
answers. It is exactly the support a customer dreams of when help is needed.

I THOUGHT THE PROCESS WOULD BE SMOOTHE…

I thought the process would be smoothe . It wasn't the driver license
verification was down for 3 1/2 days . Nobody works the weekend . Once I
completed the process and picked what car I want and color . I also requested
for PA tags . Since there's a rule about tags . I'm now getting the car color i
didny request and allegedly PA tags . They shouldn't have car colors if the
correct tags can't be on it . Now I have to sit back and wait for the car to
come . I wanted it this week due to system inconvenience I have to rearrange my
schedule

You have no immediate response to the reservation. I called your number to
modify the reservation and the business partnership you have dont even know the
name of Finn. Which is very ridiculous. I had to suffer figuring out whether
your business is scam or legit. If something happens regarding vehicles, do you
guys have actual action plan to support your users?

I had a really great experience with Finn. Booking the vehicle was simple and
easy through their website. Handover was pretty smooth (delay by a few hours and
after sunset). And the return of the vehicle was smooth as well. Only suggestion
was they could have a few more return locations throughout Germany.
