JOHNSON & JOHNSON VISION CLINICAL TRIAL FOR MONOVISION LASIK – LASER VISION
CORRECTION

Are you nearsighted and have lost the ability to see up close?? If so, you may
be eligible for a LASIK study being offered at THE EYE CENTER. The Eye Center is
one of only fourteen centers in the United States recruiting subjects to
participate in this research study. Candidates must be:

 * Healthy and at least 40 years old
 * Nearsighted and have lost the ability to see up close
 * Able to return for at least 12-months of follow-up

Participants will receive a comprehensive exam at no charge and will receive a
reduction in the cost of their LASIK procedure. The study utilizes an approved
system to create wavefront-guided LASIK monovision treatments with the STAR S4
IR® Excimer Laser System from Johnson & Johnson Vision.
