Sijil Penuh bagi Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) untuk melayakkan lantikan ke
perkhidmatan awam termasuk kepujian dalam Bahasa Melayu dan Ujian Lisan pada
peringkat SPM atau kelulusan yang diiktiraf setaraf dengannya oleh Kerajaan;
dan. Telah menerima surat tawaran kemasukan ke tahun pertama pengajian dari
mana- mana institusi pengajian tinggi awam atau swasta seperti yang disenaraikan
di atas: Peringkat ijazah pertama (bagi kemasukan November/ Disember Sesi 2.

Semester I Sesi 2. IPT (kecuali UPSI), UNITEN, MMU atau UTP atau sedang
mengikuti pengajian di tahun kedua (2) dan ke atas; dan. Peringkat diploma (bagi
kemasukan November/ Disember Sesi 2. Semester I Sesi 2. IPTA (kecuali UPSI). B.
Syarat Kelayakan Akademik.

 1. Pemohonan Biasiswa JPA bagi program diploma/Ijazah dalam Negara(PIDN) di
    IPTA/IPTS bagi sessi 2011/2012 Salam Mesra. Program berkembar dengan
    institusi luar Negara atau seumpamanya. Bidang/ Kursus yang mensyaratkan
    saudara/ saudari di luar.
 2. Program Berkembar/ Secara Luar Pesisir (OFF-SHORE) dengan institusi luar
    negara atau seumpamanya; 4. Keputusan permohonan biasiswa Program Ijazah
    Dalam Negara dijangka akan diumumkan melalui laman sesawang http:// pada 8.

    Mohd Sidek Hassan.

Program Ijazah Luar Negara (PILN) merupakan program penajaan kepada
pelajar-pelajar cemerlang lepasan SPM untuk mengikuti program Ijazah Pertama di
universiti luar negara. Maklumat dan syarat asas untuk PILN adalah seperti
berikut.

Pelajar Baru di Tahun Pertama kemasukan November/ Disember Sesi 2. Semester I
Sesi 2. Pelajar Tahun Kedua dan Ke Atas. Bidang- bidang lain selain bidang
kritikal (Perubatan, Pergigian dan Farmasi) . Di samping itu terdapat juga elaun
tesis RM 3. RM 1. 0 sehari. Rujuk Jadual Kadar Biasiswa untuk lebih lanjut.
Yuran pengajian bagi IPTS pula adalah bergantung kepada amaun tuntutan oleh IPTS
berkenaan.

Tambang kapal terbang dua hala antara Semenanjung, Labuan, Sabah dan Sarawak
juga diberi di antara RM 1. Secara amnya; Peringkat Diploma. Tempoh Pengajian 3
tahun atau kurang : 3 .

Jumlah ganti rugi tersebut bergantung kepada tempoh masa dan pengajian yang
diikuti. Secara amnya; Peringkat Diploma di antara RM 7. Cara memohon adalah
seperti berikut: Pemohon dibenarkan menghantar satu permohonan sahaja tetapi
dibenarkan mengakses sebanyak 3 kali untuk mengemaskini atau meminda sebelum
tarikh tutup permohonan. Hanya permohonan yang terkini sahaja diambil kira
sebagai penerimaan permohonan; Borang permohonan atas talian yang dimuat turun,
dicetak dan dihantar melalui pos tidak akan diproses; Permohonan secara atas
talian tidak memerlukan penghantaran salinan sijil- sijil, kecuali dinyatakan
dalam . Permohonan yang diterima selepas tarikh tersebut tidak akan
dipertimbangkan.
