White Book


The White Book is the Association’s business card, that represents a

THE WHITE BOOK IS THE EMBLEM OF FIA’S SPIRIT AND DYNAMISM.

The White Book is the emblem of FIA’s spirit and dynamism. This is what its
title says – policy documents in the form of recommendations based on
international experience. Publication of the White Book has started in 2005 and
became in the meantime a real platform for the dialogue with the Moldovan
authorities, representing at the same time an agenda of FIA’s activity
priorities, an action plan to follow.

FIA opinions and statements address topics that have arisen or may arise as a
result of consultations with its members. FIA systematically drafts opinions and
statements on various normative acts to the competent authorities. The proposals
submitted by FIA aim to improve the existing laws and regulations or to fill the

Foreign Investors Association (FIA) is a non-profit and apolitical association
from the Republic of Moldova, founded in September 2003 by the largest companies
with foreign capital in the country, covering the whole range of industries —
agriculture, automotive and petroleum industry, telecommunications and IT,
healthcare and pharmaceuticals, winemaking, distribution, insurance, banking,
consultancy and audit.
