WHY IS MY NEWSPAPER NOW BEING DELIVERED BY THE US POSTAL SERVICE?

 * In some areas we’ve had ongoing challenges with our newspaper delivery caused
   by a variety of economic factors. In these instances, we have partnered with
   the local United States Postal Service. If you receive your print edition via
   the US Postal Service, your print edition will be delivered with your daily
   mail service. However, when there is no postal delivery, such as federally
   recognized holidays, your newspaper will be delivered the next day there is
   postal delivery available.
