We very much look forward to welcoming you. Tuition & Fees ACADEMICS THE CAMBRIDGE CURRICULUM All academic studies, from the earliest years through to the end of a pupil’s time at the British Academy, are delivered on the world-renowned Cambridge Curriculum model. Its design is inclusive and built on the foundations of the British approach with international elements designed to promote innovation, creative thought and excellence. Pupils in the pre-school learn on a play-centered model, enjoying beautiful and secure surroundings, guided by committed, passionate staff as they encounter phonics, literacy and numeracy gently but meaningfully for the first time. When they reach primary age, pupils follow a more defined programme in English, Mathematics and Science which focuses on solid understanding of core concepts building excellent communication skills and nurturing independent, natural intellectual curiosity through problem solving. In the secondary phase – both lower and upper – pupils study discrete subjects as they prepare for their Cambridge IGCSE examinations – rigorous tests of knowledge, understanding and of academic maturity. Beyond this, the International A Level programme, with its emphasis on independence and applied knowledge, prepares pupils for university study either in Montenegro or abroad. There are more than 10,000 Cambridge schools in over 160 countries worldwide. The British Academy is a part of that family. The School is set in 50 acres of its own grounds and boasts some of the most beautiful countryside in Britain on its doorstep.
