CBT-1201 Circuit Breaker Timer
captures breaker trip and close times, and includes
fixed power supply for operating breaker outside cubicle,
trip and close switches, and cable sets.


 
CBT-1202 Circuit Breaker Timer
same as CBT-1201 except it includes a variable power
supply for operating breaker outside cubicle, and breaker
specific plugs are available to simplify and speed up tests.

CBT-1201 Circuit Breaker Timer

CBT-1201 Circuit Breaker Timer
  This is a self-contained, multi-use test set designed to operate and interact
with all types of circuit breakers. Incorporating a digital timer to capture and
store trip/open, close and bounce times, it can store 10 test results in its
internal memory.

It is a handy, field portable unit that also incorporates a fixed power supply
(120Vac/120Vdc) for charging spring charged breakers while outside their cubicle
and switching to trip and close the breaker. Also included are provisions to
accept and distribute other voltages from an external variable power supply.

Included is a unique, pre-wired, universal 12 foot cable assembly which provides
simple, fast connection to the circuit breaker under test. In addition to a
universal cable set, the CBT-1201 can be provided with breaker specific cable
sets for GE PowerVac, Eaton/Westinghouse/Cutler-Hammer VCP-W, and other types of
circuit breakers.

CBT-1202 Circuit Breaker Timer
  The CBT-1202 has the same capabilites as the CBT-1201 described above except
the power supply incorporated in the CBT-1202 provides a variable 120Vac/125Vdc
output for charging spring charged circuit breakers while outside their cubicle
AND in addition to the universal cable set, it can be provided with
breaker-specific plugs to further simplify connection to the breaker.

breaker




The charging power supply and breaker trip/open and close switching of both of
these unique circuit breaker timers are frequently used when working on a
breaker even when the timer function is not required.

Compact, light-weight, and rugged, the CBT-1201 and CBT-1202 circuit breaker
timers are ideally suited for both field and shop use.
