WELCOME TO SERVICING TRANSFER OPERATIONS

Servicing Transfer Operations (STO) manages the process of acquiring and
releasing loans related to structured transactions, new loan transfers and other
servicing portfolios for an assortment of different business partners. STO also
monitors the transfer of the loan portfolio and communicates with all parties as
needed to ensure a smooth, timely transition. The group currently operates in
Plano, Texas and Simi Valley, California.

 * Execute Servicing Transfer Notices to the Customers
   
   
 * Coordinate with outside parties (Insurance carriers, tax authorities, etc)
