What benefits does the B&H Payboo Credit Card provide?
B&H offers a choice of benefits on qualifying purchases made with the Payboo
Card:

 1. Instant Savings‡
    
    or
 2. Special Financing§

How do I get Instant Savings; how does it work?
When you use the Payboo Card to pay for qualifying purchases, B&H will collect
the total of the merchandise plus applicable fees and taxes, and will instantly
issue and apply the Instant Savings as "Payboo Card Savings" as a form of
payment on your order total in checkout. Thus, you will see two payment lines on
your order confirmation or receipt – one is the Payboo Card Savings and the
other is your Payboo Card charge.
How can I tell how much I may save when I use the Payboo Card?
Savings vary based on shipping destination. Please enter your ship-to zip code
here to see your potential savings above.
Does B&H offer longer Special Financing than 12 months?
From time to time, B&H may offer longer-term Special Financing on qualifying
purchases. Currently available promotions are displayed on this page.
Where can I use the Payboo Card?
Payboo is a store credit card for use only at B&H (i.e. it is not a Visa,
MasterCard, Amex, Discover, etc.). The card may be used to pay on our websites,
on our mobile app, in our NYC SuperStore, or by phone.
Is the Payboo Card valid for purchases on the B&H B2B or EDU Portals?
The Payboo card is valid for purchases made through our B2B or EDU portals.
Can I use the Payboo Card to pay for internationally shipped purchases?
Yes, however internationally shipped purchases will not qualify for Instant
Savings.

NOTE: The issuer of the Payboo Card, Comenity Capital Bank, require cardholders
to have a valid US government issued tax identification number (such as a SSN or
SIN), plus a street, rural route, or APO/FPO mailing address.
Applying for the Payboo Card
What do I need to apply for the Payboo Card?
You must be at the age of majority in your state or territory, have a valid
government-issued photo ID, have a valid US government issued tax identification
number (such as a SSN or SIN), and have a street, rural route, or APO/FPO
mailing address. Comenity Capital Bank does not accept PO Box mailing addresses.
The credit card application may also require you to provide your date of birth,
phone number, email address, and annual income.

NOTE: You will need a smartphone in order to receive a verification link during
the application process. Numbers linked to a VoIP service or landline are not
accepted.

In some cases, Comenity Capital Bank may require additional identity
verification after you submit your application. Please follow all directions to
complete your application.
 
What should I do if I have a credit freeze in place?
In order for Comenity Capital Bank to process your application, all credit
freezes must be temporarily lifted prior to applying. To lift all credit
freezes, please contact the individual credit bureaus:
Experian
TransUnion
Equifax

Please note that Comenity Capital Bank may also pull additional credit history
from the following agencies:
Innovis
SageStream/Lexis Nexis
What do I do if my approved credit limit is not enough? Can I request a credit
limit increase?
Please call Comenity Capital Bank Customer Service at 1.866.292.5123 (TDD/TTY:
1.888.819.1918), or register/login to your account on the Comenity Capital Bank
website to request a credit limit increase (once you're logged in, select
"Request an Increase").
Using your Payboo Card
Can I use the card right away if I'm approved?
 * If your application is approved, your new account number will be available to
   use during online checkout. Note: Your full account number will not be
   provided until your card arrives by mail.
 * If your application is not immediately approved, you will receive written
   communication within 7-10 days.

Why is my recently approved Payboo Credit Card getting declined when I try to
use it a second time?
Until you have received your physical credit card in the mail and called
Comenity Capital Bank to activate it, we cannot process a subsequent transaction
on our website. Please call the B&H Sale Team at 800.606.6969 for assistance
with placing your order.
Can I place an order with my Payboo Card if I don't have my physical card with
me?
Yes. You can retrieve your account number through one of the following methods:

Phone:
Call B&H at 800.606.6969 to request an agent look up your account number and
place your order by phone. B&H will not provide the credit card account number
directly to you for security reasons.

Online:
If you saved your Payboo Card to your B&H Web Account, it will be there to use
on future purchases. To check, log into your account and go to My Account > My
Payment Options.

Tip: During checkout, you'll have the option to save your Payboo Card to your
account for future use (your credit card can only be saved once you have placed
your order).
I just received my Payboo Card; can I change payment on a previous order to
receive Instant Savings or Special Financing?
Call B&H Customer Service at 800.221.5743 to see what options are available.
Can I change my selection of Instant Savings or Special Financing post-purchase?
No. Once an order has been placed, the benefit received cannot be changed.

NOTE: All available promotions for your purchase will be displayed online or
offered in store or by phone once you select the Payboo Card as payment. You
must select the benefit before placing your order.
Can I split payments between my Payboo Card and another payment method on the
same order?
Yes, you'll be able to split your payment among several methods, including B&H
gift cards, during checkout.

Please note: Instant Savings or Special Financing will only be applied to the
portion paid for with the Payboo Card. To receive Special Financing, this amount
must meet eligibility minimums.
Can I get Instant Savings and Special Financing on the same order?
You will not be able to select more than one benefit on a single transaction.

If you would like to split payment to get 6 or 12-months special financing on a
qualifying portion paid with your Payboo Card, and Instant Savings on the other
portion, each benefit will be applied proportionally to the amount of each
charge to your Payboo Card.

For instance, if your order is $1000, and you wanted a promotional finance plan
for $500, and Instant Savings on the rest, with your Payboo Card already
entered, you could click Split Payment, select the Payboo Card again, enter $500
in the amount field, and select the available 12 months deferred interest
financing option.

If items in your order qualify for greater than 12-months financing, you must
pay for your entire order with the Payboo Card to receive such offers.
When will I see my refund after I return a purchase paid for with the Payboo
Card?
Once B&H has issued the refund, it can take between 3-5 business days to reflect
in your account. If your billing due date is before the refund has processed,
ensure you have made your minimum payments to avoid fees. Unused credits will be
refunded by check after one billing cycle, or can be requested sooner.
Can I use my Payboo card multiple times on the same order?
No, the Payboo card cannot be used multiple times for the same order. However,
if an order exceeds your credit limit you can request a credit limit increase.

Can I check and manage my Payboo Card account online?
Yes. Learn more about managing your account on the Comenity Capital Bank
website. Register and log in to:

 * Request a credit line increase
 * Report lost/stolen card or account information

How can I make a payment on my Payboo Card?
There are 3 ways to pay your bill directly to Comenity Capital Bank.

Online: Login to make or schedule payments up to 30 days in advance.

Phone: Call 1.866.292.5123(TDD/TTY:1.888.819.1918).
Care Center Hours:Mon-Sat 8am-9pm EST
Closed:Sundays,New Years,Easter,Memorial Day,July 4th,Labor
Day,Thanksgiving,Christmas.
Hours may vary on holidays.

Note:There is no fee for using the Automated system to make payments by
phone.Same-day payments with a live agent will incur a pay-by-phone fee.

How do I set up automatic payments for my Payboo card?
Once logged into your Payboo account, select Set Up Automatic Payments from the
Payments tab and follow the 3 steps.

You’ll be able to select how much to pay each month:
 * Minimum Payment
 * Current Balance
 * Custom Amount


NOTE: Automatic payments take 1-2 billing cycles to take effect. If your payment
is due before then, make sure to schedule a one-time payment.

offer at any time. B&H will collect and remit the requisite state and local

tax. B&H collects and remits sales/use tax in New York for purchases received at
our NYC SuperStore, or at the order shipping address for non-NYC SuperStore
purchases made in or shipped to jurisdictions where B&H is required to collect

Waived Interest, Equal Payment plan: Interest will be charged to your Account
from the end of the promotional period on any remaining promotional plan
balance. Minimum payments are required for each Credit Plan.

All Promotional Plans: Valid for single transaction only. If the single

Credit Plan, subject to a separate minimum purchase requirement and minimum
interest charge. Only available on designated items. Promotional Plan
transactions cannot be combined with Instant Savings.Save the Tax. As of
November 2023, terms for new Accounts: Purchase APR of 29.99%. Minimum interest
