Metro El Djazaïr ...

On the road to excellence

A national company with share capital of DZD 300,000,000.  Created in 2020, its
mission is to operate and maintain the Algiers Metro. This is the capital's
urban transport network, covering an area of 10 communes over 16.8 km and 19
metro stations.

Nearly 1,000 employees work every day to transport an average of 150,000
passengers a day in complete safety, comfort and tranquillity.

In addition to offering an irreproachable transport service based on
international quality standards, Métro El Djazaïr's objective is to be part of a
responsible and socially responsible sustainable development policy and to
position itself as a benchmark in the urban transport sector.
