About me

I'm Insiya Abdur Raheem, a Mental Health Coach and a devoted wife and mother to
three kids under the age of 6.

My diverse background—born and raised in the Middle East, spending my formative
years in India, and now living in Canada—gives me a unique perspective on the
cultural and religious nuances that shape our lives.

My mission is to help Muslim women discover their values, establish healthy
boundaries, and live authentically while prioritizing pleasing Allah. I aim to
empower you to find fulfillment in your roles as wives and mothers, strengthen
relationships, and navigate the unique challenges you face.

With nearly a decade of experience in counseling and training, my journey
includes a master's degree in Psychology. I have worked extensively in the UAE
and India, offering clinical services, training budding counselors, and
providing psychological support in corporate settings. My therapeutic approach
is client-centered, drawing from Cognitive Behavior Therapy and other strategies
tailored to individual needs.

I believe in nurturing relationships as acts of worship and leaving a meaningful
legacy for future generations. My life has been enriched by my associations with
family, friends, colleagues, and mentors, and I am grateful for every step of my
journey, thriving on Allah’s plan.

I am also passionate about learning and implementing the Deen, supporting women,
spending time in nature, and dreaming big.

Join me as we explore ways to incorporate Barakah into our lives through
mindset, Ibadat,  inner work, and skills. Let’s navigate the complexities of
modern life together, creating harmonious relationships that align with our
values and aspirations.

Thank you for being here, and I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
