HOW TO CANCEL THE AUTO-RENEWAL?
HOW IS THE SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD CALCULATED FOR EACH FIRM USER?
The firm's users' subscription period starts from the time the admin allocates
the seats to their users and not from the date of buying a seat. The
subscription is valid for a year from the date of assigning a seat to their
staff members.
CAN I ADD USERS?
Administrators of the firms have exclusive rights to add/remove users. Signing
up for myCPE is absolutely free, but if you want to add users (buy seats), you
need to make payment and buy seats. You have to sign up for at least 5 users.

yearly subscription, and it starts from the date you allocate the user. And not
from the date when you purchase the seat. The subscription period for a
particular seat begins from the date of allocation and not from the date of

HOW TO ALLOCATE A SEAT TO A STAFF MEMBER?
Firm admin can allocate seats to staff members(Invite the users) by sending an
email invitation to firm users from their dashboard. Once the user accepts the
invitation, staff get unlimited access to the portal. (their unlimited access
gets activated automatically)
If seats are not available, the admin of the firm (Account Manager) needs to buy
seats first and then allocate the seats (send invitations) to staff members.

CAN I DELETE THE USERS?
Administrators of the firms have the right to delete (Remove) the user (Staff/
Supervisor). Users will be moved to the category of "Inactive User" until the
subscription for that user does not end for the relevant tenure. We will notify
the user via email that he has been removed from the firm's network on myCPE.
Please note that -
* The deleted seat is non-transferable to another staff member as Continuing
education credits are distributed only to the original users.
* Admin also has the right to add back the deleted user and make the profile
active again.
* Deleted staff members remain users of myCPE. However, their Unlimited Access
Rights are terminated. They need to pay for taking courses.

CAN I REACTIVATE STAFF MEMBERS AFTER I DELETE THEIR PROFILES?

WHAT IF THE FIRM USER WAS DEACTIVATED AND COULD NOT COMPLETE THE COURSES HE
REGISTERED FOR?
Firm users' unlimited access is terminated when the firm admin deletes the
profile. However, the user's account on myCPE remains valid, and they can always
pay for the course as per prevalent prices or purchase Unlimited Access for
Individuals to regain access.
Further, their continuing education credits remain valid for all courses
previously attended. They already got a certificate in the past and remain
active in their name.
CAN WE TRANSFER THE SEAT TO ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER?
Once added and assigned a seat to a particular staff member, it is
non-transferable to any other staff member as continuing education credits are
distributed in a specific user's name throughout the year. Administrators of the
firms have the right to delete the user (Staff/ Supervisor). After deletion, the
user will be moved to the category of "Inactive User" until the subscription for
that user does not end for the relevant tenure. We will notify the user via
email that he has been removed from the firm's network on myCPE.
Example: Seat was purchased and assigned to John as of 01/01/2022. If John
leaves the job in the middle of a year on 15/06/2022, the admin could terminate
the access from myCPE plan. Now John's seat is not transferable to any other
staff member as credit certificates will only be issued to John.
Rationale: The rationale behind non-transfer is that we register staff members
with their qualifications, and credits are issued only in registered names;
otherwise, the purpose of continuing education credits will not be met.
WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS OF ADMINISTRATORS AND SUPERVISORS?
Three User types under myCPE Unlimited Plans for firms – Administrators,
Supervisors and staff member, rights are mentioned hereunder -

On the expiry of myCPE Unlimited, Firm admin and firms' users lose unlimited
access to the courses on the myCPE platform. However, firms can regain their

WHAT ARE TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR CANCELLATIONS AND AUTO RENEWAL?
Unless set forth otherwise as part of the MyCPE Unlimited Access Subscription
related to other terms and conditions, this will come into force upon the
subscription Commencement Date for an initial period of one (1) year (the
“Initial Term”). Following the Initial Term, this subscription shall auto-renew
by consecutive one (1) year periods (each period called a “Renewal Term”), and
thereafter every year, unless the user cancels the subscription prior to the
expiration of the current term. The Initial Term, together with any Renewal
Term, is referred to as the “Term.”
We may change our subscription plans and the price of our service from time to
time; however, any price revision to the subscription pricing shall be made by
sending the price revision email to the users. In case you don’t agree to price
revision, you may cancel your subscription by logging in to www.my-cpe.com >
User Dashboard > Unlimited Access > Cancel Subscription or by sending us an
email at support@my-cpe.com. In case we don’t receive any reply from the user
within 7 days, The new rates will be applicable from the next renewal cycle.
In case you have subscribed during offers or discounts, you may have signed up
at a lower initial subscription price. However, the subscription price after 1
year during any automatic renewal term will be the “Undiscounted Original Price”
of the respective subscription that the user has signed up for or subsequent
price increase that has been notified from time to time. We shall send you an
auto-renewal reminder email with pricing, In case you don’t agree to price
revision, you may cancel your subscription by logging in to www.my-cpe.com >
User Dashboard > Unlimited Access > Cancel Subscription or by sending us an
email at support@my-cpe.com. In case we don’t receive any reply from the user
within 7 days, The new rates will be applicable from the next renewal cycle.
If you have upgraded your subscription, auto-renewal will be done at the
upgraded price and will be effectively done after one year of the original
purchase of a subscription. Users will be able to cancel their subscription by
logging in to www.my-cpe.com > User Dashboards > Subscriptions > Cancel

WHAT IS REFUND POLICY FOR UNLIMITED ACCESS INDIVIDUAL SUBSCRIPTION FOR FIRMS?
myCPE provides an online continuing education platform to professionals for 100+
Qualifications approved by several regulatory bodies. myCPE Unlimited Access
subscription plan for a firm/company is available for $249.00 / $199.00
annually. (Click here to know more). This subscription gives your staff
unlimited access to courses on our platform for one year from the date of
subscription, and it is a recurring subscription that shall be auto-renewed on
the completion of the year.
MyCPE shall not be able to provide any refund once the subscription has been
purchased or auto-renewed unless there is a specific default in providing
services from the side of myCPE and the user can provide the same in writing
with a valid and reasonable explanation. So we always encourage users to be
careful and read all the terms before signing up. Users are requested to read
and understand the inclusions of the MyCPE Unlimited Access subscription plan
for a firm/ company.
In no case, the refunds shall be granted based on a misunderstanding of
inclusions in the respective subscription plans, as inclusions are clearly
indicated on the page. Therefore, Please carefully read the terms and conditions

Users have an option to stop/cancel the auto-renewal of the subscription, and
they were made aware of this option. (They can either email support@my-cpe.com,
or they can log in to their account and cancel the subscription from the

Any of the following shall not be considered as default in providing services
from outside that would warrant a refund of the subscription paid:
* The quality or presentation of the content is not good. (myCPE is a
technology platform that connects educators and learners, myCPE specifically
doesn’t take responsibility for any of the content provided by the educator
or presenter)
* If a webinar or course is canceled or withdrawn,
* Minor errors/technical glitches in the platform,
* Grammatical errors or Incorrect Review questions.
* Video pauses or buffering etc.
* And such other minor issues don’t directly affect the significant
functionalities provided under the subscription plan.
