ANOTHER STEP FORWARD IN THE STRATEGIC REPOSITIONING OF SUISSE ROMANDE PROPERTY
FUND

JSS Real Estate Management Ltd ("JSSREM"), the Fund Management Company of Suisse
Romande

Property Fund ("SRPF" or the "Fund"), is pleased to announce that it has reached
a new milestone in

the Fund's strategic residential repositioning. The forward sales of three
commercial properties in

Lausanne (VD), Fribourg (FR) and Delémont (JU) were successfully signed at the
end of November

2023 for a volume above CHF 40 million. The first two sales will become
effective in the 2023

financial year, and the third in early 2024.
