Insurance for your TrackMan device is available to any person with a permanent residence in either: United Kingdom Or European Union You are currently in the European Union FAQ. If you require the United Kingdom dedicated page, please click here. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 What sum insured do I need to advise for my TrackMan unit? You should advise the replacement value of the unit. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 What cover do I receive? The policy provides cover for All Risks cover for physical loss or damage to your TrackMan device. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 What is the policy excess? The policy excess is €250 for each claim made. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 5 When at a golfing venue I will leave my TrackMan in my own car, courtesy car or rental; am I covered if it is stolen? Provided it is hidden within the storage compartment, boot/trunk or trailer of the vehicle and all security measures in the vehicle or trailer are fully operational. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 6 I sometimes store the unit in the luggage compartment of my golf bag while I am in the golfing venue, the golf bag is left outside whilst I am getting changed or having lunch. Am I covered? We would not cover the physical loss or damage in this instance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 7 I have stored the unit in a locker room inside the Clubhouse or tournament provided facility, am I covered if the unit is stolen or damaged. Provided the unit is stored inside a locked locker you would be covered for physical loss or damage to your TrackMan device. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 8 Whilst travelling between golfing venues my TrackMan device is accidentally dropped and damaged, am I covered? The policy provides All Risks cover (including Accidental damage) for your TrackMan device. In instances where you are travelling between venues provided the item is not left unattended, cover is operative. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 9 I leave my TrackMan device in my locked hotel room when away from home, am I covered if my room is broken into and the item is stolen. Yes you are covered in this instance. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 10 I am renting shared accommodation (i.e. house, villa, apartment) whilst at a golf competition, the device is left in my room whilst I am playing that day, however the accommodation is broken into, am I covered if the item is stolen?
