YOUR TRANSFER TO THE IMAGINATION TECHNOLOGIES RETIREMENT SAVINGS PLAN

transfer your pension savings from Imagination Technologies Group Ltd (‘previous
scheme’) with Aviva to the Flexible Retirement Account in the Imagination
Technologies Retirement Savings Plan (‘new Aviva scheme’), and this information
