You work within our team and collaborate closely with other teams from our unit to deliver a homogenous AI experience to all our customers. What you bring Required qualifications are: • Very good knowledge in Python • Extensive experience with object-oriented programming, common data structures and algorithms • Strong experience in mentoring junior engineers • Understanding of generative AI and Large Language Models • Background in computer science, software engineering, or related field • Fluent in English • Minimum 5 years of work experience Nice to have: • Good German skills • General knowledge of AI models, training and/or fine tuning, grounding, and inferencing It is important to us that you are eager to learn about novel technologies in the context of AI, cloud native engineering, distributed systems, and DevOps.
