The Fidelity Investments® Compliance Aggregation and Reporting Tool and the
content, features, functionality, tools and services provided herein
(hereinafter the "Website") are intended to provide authorized users
(hereinafter "you" or "your") with information and resources in connection with
viewing data and information about participants in certain employee pension
benefit plans or programs.

This Agreement establishes the terms and conditions of your use of the Website.
By clicking "I Accept” below and using the Website, you consent to electronic
receipt; you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement; and you agree
to be bound by the terms of use herein. If you do not agree to the terms and
conditions of this Agreement, you must click "I Decline" below, you are not

By accepting this Agreement and using the Website, you represent and warrant
that you are an authorized representative of your employer and are authorized by
your employer to use the Website; you are authorized by your employer to, and do
