WHAT IS PAYBACK VOUCHER WORLD?

PAYBACK Voucher World is a part of PAYBACK’s Loyalty Initiative for all PAYBACK
customers. At Payback Voucher World, you can redeem your PAYBACK Points against
the Instant Gift Vouchers of 125+ Brands across categories like Apparel,
Electronics, E-com, Travel, Home needs and more.

The section allows you not only to redeem points but also earn points, get
deals, discounts and more.

WHAT DOES THE TERM INSTANT MEAN?

The term Instant means that you will get your Voucher within minutes on your
Linked Mobile Number / E-Mail Id. No Physical Voucher is required or couriered.


HOW DO I REDEEM MY PAYBACK POINTS?

 * Login to your Account by using your PAYBACK Card Number / Linked Mobile
   Number and PAYBACK PIN.
 * Explore your favourite Brands and select the brand, denomination, and
   quantity of your choice.
 * Select your mode of payment (Points Only, Points + Cash or Cash only)
 * Agree to the Terms & Conditions and click on Add to Cart if you wish to check
   out. In you want to continue click on Redeem Now.
 * Fill in your basic details like Name and E-Mail Id
 * Your Gift Voucher will be delivered to your Linked Mobile Number and E-Mail
   Id in the next 5 minutes.

HOW DO I RESET MY PAYBACK PIN?

Click on Login on the top-right corner. Click on Forget PIN. Enter your PAYBACK
Card Number / Linked Mobile Number and Submit. Your new PAYBACK PIN will be sent
to your Linked Mobile Number instantly.

HOW CAN I CHECK MY PAYBACK POINTS BALANCE?

You need to Login for know your PAYBACK Points Balance. Click on the Show Points
Floating Red Button on the bottom-right corner. Enter your PAYBACK Card Number /
Linked Mobile Number and PAYBACK PIN and click on Login. Your PAYBACK Points
will then appear on that red button.

DO I EARN POINTS ON TRANSACTIONS?

Yes! You will get PAYBACK Points on all transaction amount other than Points
redemption. 
On all brands- 3 Points/INR 100 Spent (any payment medium other than Points).
On Amazon- 1 Point/INR 100 Spent (any payment medium other than Points, maximum
of 100 Points/Month can be earned).

WHERE DO I SEE MY PAST TRANSACTIONS?

Click on “My Transactions” in the menu on the top right of the page. You will
see all your past transactions there.

You also have options to check voucher status and resend vouchers to yourself on
your linked mobile no and email in the same menu.

WHAT IS THE VALIDITY OF THE GIFT VOUCHERS?

The validity of each Gift Voucher varies from brand to brand and can be between
3 months and 12 months. For the exact validity, please refer to your Voucher
Email or SMS.

WHERE ARE ALL THESE GIFT VOUCHERS ACCEPTED?

These vouchers are accepted either at retail stores or online depending upon the
voucher type. For example, Amazon, Dominos Online are accepted online. You just
need to enter the voucher code at the payment stage to use your voucher to pay
the bill.

All retail vouchers such as Levis, Marks & Spencer, Lifestyle, Benetton,
Mainland China etc get accepted at retail stores. Some vouchers like Shoppers
Stop and Archies get accepted both online and at retail stores. You just need to
show the voucher code in an email or SMS to the cashier to use the voucher
against your bill.

While our attempt is to ensure that all the outlets should accept the vouchers
but due to some business / technical reasons, a few Brand Outlets may not be
able to accept the vouchers. Check the Outlet from the Outlet Locator at all the
Brand Pages to know which outlets accept the vouchers.

WHERE CAN I LOCATE THE OUTLET?

Vouchers can be used at all listed outlets. You can find the outlet nearest to
you at the outlet locator section of the brand page on
https://www.gyftr.com/payback/

What’s more! You can also forward the address and phone number to your email ID
and phone number.

CAN I RETURN/CANCEL A GIFT VOUCHER WHICH I HAVE REDEEMED?

Regret that it is not possible. Gift Vouchers once redeemed/bought cannot be
cancelled or returned.

MY VOUCHERS HAVE EXPIRED. CAN I HAVE THE VALIDITY OF THE VOUCHERS INCREASED?

Regret that it is not possible. The Gift Voucher cannot be revalidated once
expired.

I’VE LOST MY VOUCHER SMS & E-MAIL. CAN I GET MY VOUCHER SMS AND E-MAIL AGAIN?

Yes of course! Click on “Resend my Voucher” under the Customer Care section in
the top-right corner. Enter your Linked Mobile Number and E-Mail Id and your
last 5 Valid Gift Vouchers will be sent to your Mobile Number and E-Mail Id in
the next 5 minutes. Alternatively, you may also call 1800-103-3315 or write
to help.payback@GyFTR.com and our Agents will be happy to assist you.

CAN I KNOW THE STATUS OF MY GIFT VOUCHERS?

Yes of course! You will have to Login into your PAYBACK Account to know the
status of your Gift Vouchers. Login to your Account by using your PAYBACK Card
Number / Linked Mobile Number and PAYBACK PIN. Click on your “Check My Voucher
Status” under the Card Number tab in the top-right corner. Enter your Voucher
Number and click on CHECK NOW! Alternatively, you may also call 1800-103-3315 or
write to help.payback@GyFTR.com and our Agents will be happy to assist you.

I AM AT THE STORE AND THE CASHIER IS NOT ACCEPTING THE VOUCHER. WHAT TO DO?

Do not worry! Simply call us at 1800-103-3315 and we will resolve it for you.

I HAVE RECEIVED THE VOUCHER. CAN I GIVE IT TO SOMEONE ELSE?

Of course, you can! Simply forward the voucher SMS and Email to whom you want to
give the voucher to.

MY VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE USED ONLINE BUT IT SHOWS UP AS INVALID. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

There are a few quick self-help checks that you should look at -

- Are you following the correct redemption process? Check for the correct
redemption steps on the brand page.

- If the steps are correct and the error is an invalid voucher code, please
reach out to the helpline number of the brand.

MY VOUCHER CAN ONLY BE USED ONLINE BUT IT SHOWS UP AS CONSUMED. WHAT SHOULD I
DO?

MY VOUCHER EXPIRED DURING THE COVID-19 LOCKDOWN. HOW DO I USE IT NOW?

Do not worry! We have you covered. Here is what you should do –

For Book My Show vouchers – please click here and enter your details. BMS will
update the validity of your vouchers within 7 days.

For Lifestyle, Shoppers Stop, Max & Westside, please visit the customer service
desk of the nearest outlet and they will extend the validity of your vouchers.

For Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ferns & Petals, please contact the customer
service team of these brands and they will be able to assist you with the
extension of validity.

For any other brand apart from the ones listed above, please reach out to us at
help.payback@GyFTR.com and our team will assist you with the validity extension.

MY VOUCHERS ARE EXPIRED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The emphasis is always on redeeming the vouchers during the validity period.
Extension of validity is not possible.

CAN I USE MY VOUCHERS ONLINE?

It varies from brand to brand. While brands like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra etc.
are only accepted online, other brands like Bata, Pantaloons and Prestige can be
used both online and at a store. Please visit the brand page on
www.gyftr.com/payback for exact details.

I WANT TO CLUB MY MULTIPLE VOUCHERS INTO ONE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

This is possible in certain circumstances. Please visit
https://www.gyftr.com/payback/contact-us and enter your details. Simply select
the brand name, choose ‘Request’ under Purpose and check if the ‘detailed out’
section gives an option of “I want to club my GVs”. If the brand of your choice
allows clubbing of vouchers, you can raise a request there and we will quickly
resolve that for you.

HOW MANY TIMES CAN A VOUCHER BE USED?

Per se, most of our vouchers are one-time use. please refer to the terms and
conditions on the brand page at https://www.gyftr.com/payback/ for detailed
information.

THE BRAND OR DENOMINATION OF MY CHOICE IS NOT AVAILABLE. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

The catalogue is dynamic, and brands/denominations are available on the website
basis the availability of inventory. While we try our best to ensure stock
availability, in the event you don’t find a voucher denomination of your choice,
we advise you to wait for a while and try again. Usually, we can restock within
48 hours.

IS THERE A PHYSICAL VOUCHER?

That is the beauty of our vouchers. The one thing that no one forgets when they
go out is their phones and these instant vouchers are always handy with you in
your SMSs. Since there is no need to carry any additional physical gift card, no
physical voucher is issued.

HOW MANY VOUCHERS CAN I USE IN ONE TRANSACTION?

I AM GETTING THE ERROR “TRANSACTION FAILED DUE TO RISK”. WHY IS THAT AND WHAT
SHOULD I DO?

This essentially means that your transactions are following a pattern that is
not in line with our internal risk assessment. Unfortunately, you would not be
able to use this card for future purchases with us. We regret the inconvenience.

The amount is debited from my account, however, the order is not successful.

Do not worry! Your money is safe. In such instances, the orders are usually
processed within 24 hours. If we have received the amount and the order does not
get processed, the amount is reversed back to your account within 3-5 working
days.

I have not received my vouchers yet.

That can happen occasionally due to network issues. Here is what you can do –

 1. Check if you have received the voucher email. This can go to your junk/spam
    mailbox too.
 2. If yes, simply give us a missed call on 8510 830 830 from your registered
    mobile number and we will resend the vouchers to you.
 3. If the vouchers are not on email, please wait for an hour after you have
    processed your order and follow the steps above. If you do not receive your
    vouchers even after an hour, call us at 1800-103-3315 and we will resolve it
    for you.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY VOUCHERS?

Simply log on to https://www.gyftr.com/payback/ and enter your voucher number on
the voucher details section on top of the page. You will be able to see the
voucher details like balance and expiration date. If the voucher is already
used, it will show up as consumed.

I HAVE LOST MY VOUCHER SMS/EMAIL. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

We have you covered here! Simply give a missed call on 8510-830-830 and the last
5 vouchers issued to you will be resent to your number. Alternatively, visit
https://www.gyftr.com/payback/contact-us and use the ‘Resend my Voucher’ section
of this page.

I want to return/cancel a voucher I purchased.

Unfortunately, these are non-returnable vouchers.


HOW CAN I USE MY VOUCHER?

Not only are our vouchers delivered instantly, but they are also very easy to
redeem. A voucher that can be used at a store simply needs to be presented at
the cash counter at the time of billing. The voucher amount is adjusted and the
remaining amount of the bill, if any, will need to be paid in cash/card. Please
note that these are one-time-use vouchers. To make the most of it, try using
vouchers if the billing value is equal to or more than the voucher amount.

published in accordance with the provisions of Rule 3 ) of the Information
Technology (Intermediaries guidelines) Rules, 2011 that require publishing the
rules and regulations, privacy policy and Terms of Use for access or usage of
Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd marketplace platform .

Your use of the Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd and services and tools are governed by
the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Use") as applicable to the
Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd including the applicable policies which are
incorporated herein by way of reference. By mere use of the Vouchagram India
Pvt. Ltd, You shall be contracting with Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd , the owner of
the Platform. These terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your
binding obligations, with Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd.

For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires "You" or
"User" shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a buyer
on Platform by providing data while registering on the Platform as Registered

1. USER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD, AND SECURITY:

If You use the Platform, You shall be responsible for maintaining the
confidentiality of your Display Name and Password and You shall be responsible
for all activities that occur under your Display Name and Password. You agree
that if You provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or
incomplete, We shall have the right to indefinitely suspend or terminate or
block access of your membership on the Platform.

You agree to immediately notify Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd of any unauthorized
use / breach of your password or account and ensure that you exit from your
account at the end of each session.

2. SERVICES OFFERED:

Vouchagram India Pvt Ltd is engaged in the business of enabling, buying, issuing
& reselling of Gift Codes /Gift Vouchers/ Instant Gift Vouchers herein after
referred to as “Products” or Gift Voucher or GV or Gift Vouchers. The
sale/purchase of Products shall be additionally governed by specific policies of
sale, like cancellation policy, exchange policy, return policy, etc. In
addition, these Terms of Use may be further supplemented by Product specific
conditions, which may be displayed with that Product.

Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd does not warrant that Product description or other
content on the Platform is accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free
and assumes no liability in this regard.

 * The General terms and conditions are applicable to the entity procuring the
   Gift Vouchers) through Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd.
 * All Gift Vouchers/ Products shall be valid for a period as per the terms
   decided and set out by the respective brand owners;
 * The Gift Vouchers can be redeemable on the websites and locations set out in
   the respective Gift Voucher terms and conditions;
 * The Brand guidelines and other terms and conditions of the Gift Voucher if
   any, of the Gift Voucher issuing entity, that shall be adhered to. The
   Company shall ensure that the beneficiary of the Gift Voucher shall be made
   aware of the respective Gift Voucher terms and conditions at the time of
   distribution of a Gift Voucher/ Products to any beneficiary;
 * The Customer is aware, understands and acknowledges that the Gift Vouchers
   cannot be exchanged for its value in cash, either in full or in part. The
   Company further acknowledges that the value stored/loaded in a Gift Voucher
   cannot be refunded or cannot be transferred in any manner whatsoever.
 * Under no circumstances whatsoever, is the return of Gift Vouchers permitted
   under this Agreement once the same have been generated and delivered to the
   Company;
 * Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd will issue on request or case to case basis “Bill
   of Supply” or “Invoice” for sale of Gift Vouchers as Gift Vouchers are not
   subject to GST as per current tax law. Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd will raise
   the Tax invoice in case of Taxable services/products billed along with the
   supply of the Gift Vouchers; In the event the Gift Voucher procured is a Semi
   Closed Loop Gift Voucher, the Company is required to maintain the beneficiary
   details of all customers who procure such Semi Closed Loop Gift Vouchers and
   all beneficiaries who receive and/or redeem the Semi Closed Loop Gift
   Vouchers for a minimum period of 5 years (first name and last name of the
   beneficiary, email id and phone number). This information is to be maintained
   as mandated under the provisions of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act,
   2002, the rules notified thereunder and the Reserve Bank of India (RBI)
   guidelines on Anti Money Laundering and in view of the Policy Guidelines for
   issuance and operation of Prepaid Payment Instruments in India issued by RBI
   and other ancillary applicable law. The Company also undertakes to share such
   beneficiary details whenever requested by Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd /Reserve
   Bank of India/or any other regulatory authority; and
 * The customer shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless Vouchagram India Pvt.
   Ltd from and against any and all third party liability, losses, costs and
   expenses (including reasonable attorneys fees) relating to or arising out of
   the breach of these terms and conditions, the negligence or wilful misconduct
   by the Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd , or its employees or agents.

3. PLATFORM FOR TRANSACTION AND COMMUNICATION:

The Users utilize to meet and interact with one another for their transactions
on the Platform. Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd is not and cannot be a party to or
control in any manner any transaction between the Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd ’s
Users. Henceforward:

 * Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd does not make any representation or Warranty as to
   specifics (such as quality, value, saleability, etc) of the products or
   services purchased using Gift Voucher from the Platform.

   incorrectly reflected and in such an event we may cancel such order(s).

   officers and representatives from any cost, damage, liability or other

 * A User may be considered fraudulent or loss to business due to fraudulent
   activity if any of the following scenarios are met:

   Pvt. Ltd Users fails to produce adequate documents during the payment details

 * Misuse of another Users‘s phone/email
 * Users uses invalid address, email and phone no.

 * Users returns the wrong product
 * Users refuses to pay for an order
 * Users involved in the snatch and run of any order
 * Miscellaneous activities conducted with the sole intention to cause loss to

 * User with a very high return rate
 * Repeated request for monetary compensation for fake/used order
 * Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd may cancel any order that classify as ‘Bulk
   Orders‘/‘Fraud orders‘ under certain criteria at any stage of the product
   delivery. An order can be classified as ‘Bulk Order‘/‘Fraud Order‘ if it
   meets with the below mentioned criteria, and any additional criteria as
   defined by Vouchagram India Pvt. Ltd :
 * Products ordered are not for self-consumption but for commercial resale
 * Multiple orders placed for same product at the same address, depending on the
   product category.
 * Bulk quantity of the same product ordered
 * Invalid address given in order details
 * Any malpractice used to place the order
 * Any order paced using a technological glitch/loophole.
 * You shall not use the Platform for any unlawful and fraudulent purposes,
   which may cause annoyance and inconvenience and abuses any policy and rules
   of the company and interrupt or causes to interrupt, damages the use by other
