The 2015 agreement to sell includes a penalty if you do not complete the 2015
agreement to sell form before June 30, 2015. You will be required to pay the
penalty. You will not be charged a penalty if you complete the 2015 agreement to
sell form earlier than June 30, 2015. Furthermore, you may complete the 2015
agreement to sell form before June 30, 2015, and then submit the 2015 form to
the local tax assessor. Does the 2015 agreement to sell apply to the sale of
more than one year? Yes, the 2015 agreement to sell also requires you to use it
to sell homes for the purchase and sale of up to 3 years.
