GREAT INSIGHT FOR UPPER WEIGHTS

I’m big and relatively slow… I started shoot for takedowns, and it works. If
you’re hesitant in going for singles and doubles, it worth the purchase.

FANTASTIC FOR ANY WEIGHT CLASS,

Fantastic for any weight class, but especially effective for my son who is in a
bigger class than most kids his age. He was able to add more offensive in his
matches after practicing some of these drills!

CHANGED MY ARSENAL

Gwiz is one of mh favorite guys to watch and when I saw this I had to buy it. In
my competition of both HS and college wrestling along with my submission
grappling and mma, I never took shots because I was always scared of messing
them up and my coaches always warned of shooting on bigger guys. I always saw
openings but never went for them. I watched this and I've had great accuracy
with my shots because of it in practice and I can't wait to compete again with
this new knowledge. It turns out, my shot is WAY better than I ever gave myself
credit for! Thanks Gwiz!
