With over 20 years of experience, the Social Action Trust Fund (SATF) offers
crucial care and support to vulnerable children affected by HIV/AIDS and poverty
in Tanzania, operating across 16 regions and 32 districts.

“STRATEGY TO BOOST INCOME AND EMPOWER MVCS.”

The Trust has identified an ambitious business strategy and growth plan with the
aim of increasing income and support the MVC to become the productive members of
the society.

 * Mobilize funds from donors, individuals and corporates to complement the fund
 * Collaborate with reputable grassroots CSOs from districts to supports the MVC
   in addressing the impacts of HIV/AIDS & poverty
 * To invest in endowment fund and use the earnings to meet its commitments i.e
   support the MVC sustainability.

The Trust’s strategy focuses on boosting income and helping MVCs become
productive, contributing society members.


+200,000 BENEFICIARIES UNDER EDUCATION INTERVENTION

SATF has reached more than 200,000 beneficiaries under education intervention in
36 districts in 18 Region of Tanzania.


SATF’S HEALTH INTERVENTIONS FOSTER BETTER LEARNING ENVIRONMENTS.

SATF’s health support includes insurance, nutrition, menstrual hygiene, and peer
education, enhancing school retention, performance, and overall student
well-being.


SINCE 2009, OVER 1,000 MVC HOUSEHOLDS RECEIVED ECONOMIC SUPPORT.

Between 2009 and 2021, over 1,000 MVC households were reached with economic
strengthening interventions, significantly improving their household stability
and financial well-being.
