After a month of exchanging 50 emails, we finally agreed on the perfect motor design. Following two rounds of sample testing over three months, everything passed with flying colors, and we moved into mass production. But that was just the beginning of our good cooperation journey. A new vacuum cleaner project In April 2023, our colleague Anna visited the U.S. to meet with the client. They revealed a new vacuum cleaner project requiring a dual-voltage AC motor, capable of automatically switching between 110V and 230V. At first, the idea seemed impossible—creating an AC motor with such flexibility was unprecedented in our industry. Faced with the challenge, the solution was successfully developed But Mark, ever the visionary, said, “Anna, let’s work some magic. Let’s be the first in the industry to achieve this.” When Anna returned to China, she immediately gathered our technical team to brainstorm this challenge. After 10 days of intense research by our mechanical and electrical engineers, we realized this idea might actually be feasible. We quickly launched the project, using the client’s detailed 3D vacuum cleaner designs to tailor our motor. The dual voltage requirement, coupled with the need for overload protection and compact sizing, presented a significant challenge. But our technical and software teams collaborated closely, and after three months of relentless effort, we successfully developed the solution. This is the spirit of BG Motor. When our clients present a challenge, we go the extra mile to meet their needs. HOW WE DO WORKS? STEP 1: GET WHAT YOU NEED Communicate with our sales and engineers about your basic needs for motor performance, diameter, equipment used, etc STEP 2: PROVIDE A SOLUTION According to your needs, the sales engineer will recommend 2-3 suitable motor solutions for you. STEP 3: 2D & 3D DRAWING DESIGN After determining the right solution, our technical engineers will draw 2D and 3D drawings that meet your needs for you to confirm. STEP 4: QUOTATION OF MOTOR SCHEME Our sales engineer will provide you with a complete quotation. If there is a mold for parts and components, we will provide you with a list of mold fees. STEP 5: CONFIRM THE DRAWINGS AND PLANS You need to sign the drawing and send it back to us to confirm the start of proofing. And clarify the time of sample delivery. STEP 6: CUSTOMIZED PRODUCTION OF SAMPLES After determining the drawings of the motor, our engineers will arrange the production and testing of the samples. STEP 7: SAMPLE DELIVERY AND TESTING After the sample is delivered, you need to install it on your equipment for load testing. (Life, Noise, Performance, Size, Vibration, Matching, etc.). STEP 8: MASS PRODUCTION AND DELIVERY After mass production, according to your special requirements, the logo printing, body color, packaging, etc. will be customized and processed, and delivered.
