Marriott Bonvoy® TeamSnap Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes
NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO PLAY, ENTER OR WIN. A
PURCHASE OR PAYMENT WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. Void in Quebec
and where prohibited by law. Subject to all applicable laws. Promotion begins on
April 15, 2024 at 10:00 AM ET and ends on May 31, 2024 at 11:59 PM ET (the
"Promotion Period"). Administrator's computer is the official time keeping
device for this Promotion.
1. Eligibility: The Marriott Bonvoy® TeamSnap Instant Win Game and Sweepstakes
(“Promotion” or “Game”) is open to legal residents of the 50 U.S., D.C. and
Canada (excluding Quebec), who are Marriott Bonvoy® members, at least 18
years old at time of Game Play, who possess a web-enabled mobile device as
of April 14, 2024. Employees, officers, and directors of Marriott
International, Inc. ("Sponsor"), Don Jagoda Associates ("Administrator"),
and any of their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees,
mandataries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel,
advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment, and marketing
agencies, web site providers, web masters, and members of their immediate
families (spouses, parents, siblings and children, regardless of where they
live) and those living in the same household (whether or not related) are
not eligible to enter or win. Participation constitutes entrant's full and
unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor's and/or
Administrator's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters
related to the Promotion. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all
requirements set forth herein. Sponsor reserves the right to verify the
eligibility of winners.
2. Sponsor/Administrator: The Sponsor is Marriott International, Inc., 7750
Wisconsin Ave. Bethesda, MD 20814 USA. The Administrator is Don Jagoda
Associates, Inc., 100 Marcus Drive, Melville, NY 11747 USA.
3. How to Play Instant Win Game, Be Entered into the Random Drawing and as
applicable, Be Entered into the Second Chance Drawing: During the Promotion
Period, visit MarriottTeamSnapInstantWinGame.com (the “Site”) and complete
and submit the online registration form (“Form”). Then, follow the online
instructions to spin the wheel (“Game Play”) for a chance to win instantly.
Potential instant winners will receive a Game message that includes the
word, “Congratulations” (subject to verification of eligibility).
Non-winners will receive a Game message that includes the word, “Sorry.” All
Game Plays will be entered into the Grand Prize random drawing. All
non-winning Game Plays will be entered into the Second Chance random drawing
to award any unawarded/unclaimed Game Prizes. All Game Plays must be
received by 11:59 PM ET on May 31, 2024. Limit one (1) Game Play per
person/email address/Marriott Bonvoy® Membership number per day. Multiple
players are not permitted to share the same email address to play the Game.
The person playing the Game will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). In
the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be
deemed the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of Game Play. "Authorized account holder" of an email address is
defined as the person who manages the e-mail address associated with the
Game Play. Any Game Play not in compliance with the above and which does not
meet the other requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.
Participation is subject to disqualification of all Game Plays, if multiple
accounts are used by the same person. No information regarding Game Plays,
other than as otherwise set forth in these Official Rules, will be
disclosed. Game Plays must be received during the Promotion Period. Any
attempt by any entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Game Plays
by using multiple/different email addresses, Marriott Bonvoy® Membership
numbers, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods will
void such Game Plays and that Entrant may be disqualified. Use of any
automated or computer system to participate is prohibited and will result in
disqualification. Normal Internet access and usage charges imposed by your
online service may apply. If entering via mobile device, normal phone/data
and usage charges imposed by your phone service may apply. Standard data
rates may apply if entering via mobile device.
4. Game Play/Game Prize Winner Verification/Game Prize Award: All winning Game
Plays are subject to verification. If, due to an error of any kind, more
instant winning messages are delivered to Entrants, or more Game Prizes are
claimed than are intended to be awarded per Rule #8, the intended number of
Game Prizes will be awarded in a random drawing from among all verified Game
Prize claims received during the Promotion Period. Game Prizes will be
deposited into each winner’s Marriott Bonvoy® account within 6 to 8 weeks
after the Game Play has been verified. Noncompliance within any specified
time period or return of any Game Prize/Game Prize notification as
undeliverable, or declining a Game Prize for any reason, will result in
disqualification without further notice in which case the prize will be
forfeited and awarded in the Second Chance Drawing.
5. Second Chance Drawing: Any unawarded/unclaimed Game Prizes (or prizes
returned as undeliverable) will be awarded in a second chance random drawing
(“Second Chance Drawing”), to be conducted by the Administrator (at their
offices in Melville, NY USA) on or about July 8, 2024, from among all
non-winning Game Plays received. Odds of winning in the Second Chance
Drawing depend upon the number of eligible non-winning Game Plays received
and the number of unawarded/unclaimed and returned Game prizes (if any).
6. Grand Prize Random Drawing: A random drawing will be conducted on or about
on or about June 3, 2024 to select three (3) Grand Prize winners from among
all eligible Game Plays received. Grand Prize random drawing will be
conducted by Administrator (at their offices in Melville, NY USA), an
independent judging organization whose decisions are final on all matters
relating to the Promotion. Odds of winning a Grand Prize depend upon the
number of eligible Game Plays received.
7. Grand Prize Winner Notification: Potential Grand Prize winners will be
notified by email and phone and will be required to complete and return via
email, an Affidavit/Declaration of Eligibility, a Release of Liability and,
if legally permissible, a Publicity Release within three (3) days of
Administrator’s attempted delivery of same. If a potential Grand Prize
winner fails to return the required document within the required time
period, or the prize notification is returned undeliverable, or in the event
that a potential Grand Prize winner declines the prize or is disqualified
for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate
Grand Prize winner determined in a random drawing from among all remaining
eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period. Any Canadian
winners must correctly answer unaided a time-limited mathematical
skill-testing question as a condition to winning a prize.
8. Prizes and Approximate Retail Values (“ARVs”):
* Grand Prizes: Three (3) Grand Prizes (awarded as described above in Rule #6):
200,000 Marriott Bonvoy® points (ARV: USD $2,500 per Grand Prize).
* Game Prizes (Any unclaimed/unawarded prizes will be awarded in a Second
Chance Drawing): Fifty (50) First Prizes: 20,000 Marriott Bonvoy® Points
(ARV: USD $250 per First Prize).
Limit one (1) Game Prize and (1) Grand Prize per person/email address/Marriott
Bonvoy® number. Prizes are subject to the terms of the Marriott Bonvoy® Program.
For details about Marriott Bonvoy®, please visit marriottbonvoy.com. Prize
cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. Prize cannot be
substituted, assigned, transferred, or redeemed for cash; however, Sponsor
reserves the right to make equivalent prize substitutions at its sole discretion
if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Overall approximate odds of winning
instantly are 1 in 95,000. Actual odds of winning depend upon the total number
eligible Game Plays received during the Promotion Period.
The total ARV of all prizes is USD $20,000.
9. General Conditions: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or
modify the Promotion, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures
or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the
integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor
in its sole discretion and in the event of cancellation, winners will be
selected in a random drawing from among all eligible Game Plays received
prior to cancellation. Sponsor, Administrator, and their agencies are not
responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, stolen or misdirected Game
Plays; lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other
connections, garbled transmissions or miscommunications, telephone
transmission problems; computer or software malfunctions or damage to a
user's computer equipment (software or hardware); technical failures; or
other errors or malfunctions of any kind whether human, mechanical,
electronic, or otherwise. Proof of sending or submission of Game Play will
not be deemed proof of receipt by Sponsor or Administrator. Sponsor's or
Administrator's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall
not constitute a waiver of that provision. Incomplete, corrupted, or
untimely Game Plays are void and will be disqualified. Game Plays
specifying an invalid, non-working, or inactive email address will be
disqualified and ineligible to win.
WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY
DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS PROMOTION OR UNDERMINE THE
LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL
LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO
PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT
PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to
disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or
undermine the legitimate operation of the Game; to violate the Official
Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. If, for any
reason, the Game is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor may, in its
sole discretion, void any suspect Game Plays and (a) modify the Game or
suspend the Game to address the impairment and then resume the Game in a
manner that best conforms to the spirit of these Official Rules; or (b)
winners will be determined in a random drawing from among all eligible Game
Plays received up to time of impairment.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in this Game,
Entrants agree that Sponsor, Administrator, and each of their respective
parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, representatives,
consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations,
promotional, fulfillment and marketing agencies, website providers, web
masters, and their respective officers, directors, employees,
representatives and agents (the "Released Parties") are not responsible
for: (1) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by
Entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming
associated with or utilized in the Game; (2) technical failures of any
kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or
disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3)
unauthorized human intervention in any part of the Game; (4) technical or
human error which may occur in the administration of the Game or the
processing of Game Plays; or (5) any injury or damage to persons or
property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part,
from entrant's participation in the Game or receipt or use or misuse of any

DEFAMATION OR INVASION OF PRIVACY, OR PRIZE DELIVERY. THE RELEASED PARTIES
ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF ANY PRIZE CANNOT BE AWARDED DUE TO CANCELLATIONS,
DELAYS, OR INTERRUPTIONS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, ACTS OF WAR, NATURAL
DISASTERS, WEATHER, OR TERRORISM.
BY PARTICIPATING IN THIS GAME, ENTRANTS AGREE THAT THE RELEASED PARTIES
WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES OF
ANY KIND, INCLUDING DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR
PUNITIVE DAMAGES TO PERSONS, INCLUDING DEATH, OR TO PROPERTY ARISING OUT OF

DOWNLOADING FROM AND/OR PRINTING MATERIAL DOWNLOADED FROM ANY SUCH SITE.
WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, EVERYTHING REGARDING THIS GAME, INCLUDING
ALL PRIZES, ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF
MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
SOME JURISDICTIONS MAY NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY
FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OR EXCLUSION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES,
SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY. CHECK LOCAL

11. Publicity and Intellectual Property Release. EXCEPT WHERE PROHIBITED BY
LAW, PARTICIPATION IN THE GAME CONSTITUTES WINNER’S GRANT TO SPONSOR (WHICH
GRANT WILL BE CONFIRMED IN WRITING ON REQUEST OF SPONSOR), ADMINISTRATOR
AND THE RELEASED PARTIES THE RIGHT AND PERMISSION TO PRINT, PUBLISH,
BROADCAST, AND USE, WORLD WIDE IN ANY MEDIA NOW KNOWN OR HEREAFTER
DEVELOPED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WORLD WIDE WEB, AT ANY TIME OR
TIMES, THE WINNER’S NAME, LIKENESS, AND BIOGRAPHICAL INFORMATION (INCLUDING
BUT NOT LIMITED TO HOMETOWN AND STATE) FOR ADVERTISING, TRADE, AND
PROMOTIONAL PURPOSES (INCLUDING THE ANNOUNCEMENT OF HIS OR HER NAME ON
TELEVISION OR RADIO BROADCAST) WITHOUT ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATION,
COMPENSATION, PERMISSION, OR NOTIFICATION.
12. Disputes: Except where prohibited, Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all
disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this
Promotion or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without
resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States
District Court for the District of Maryland or the appropriate State Court
located in Maryland in the US; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards
shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs
associated with entering this Promotion, but in no event attorneys' fees;
and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards
for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive,
incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for
actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages
multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the
construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official
Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in
connection with the Promotion, shall be governed by, and construed in
accordance with, the laws of the State of Maryland in the US, without
giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the
State of Maryland in the US or any other jurisdiction), which would cause
the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of
Maryland in the US.
13. Privacy: Information collected from Entrants is subject to the Sponsor's
Privacy Policy, which can be found at www.marriott.com/privacy. Entrants
should be aware that Sponsor may be collecting non-public,
personally-identifiable information about them in connection with the
operation of the Promotion. Canadian residents’ information will be
transferred to the US.
14. Official Rules and Winners List: For a copy of the Official Rules, visit
MarriottTeamSnapInstantWinGame.com. For a list of winners available for
ninety (90) days after May 31, 2024, send an email to: Winners@dja.com with
WINNERS & #2732-91 as the subject line. Winners List will be sent after all
prizes have been awarded.
