EMPOWERING HEALING JOURNEYS THROUGH HOLISTIC WELLNESS

Hello there! I'm Kristine, an advanced certified and licensed bodywork
practitioner deeply committed to holistic wellness. With over a decade of
experience in therapeutic modalities, I bring a wealth of knowledge and
expertise to support your healing journey.

My specialty lies in Craniosacral Therapy, a holistic approach that addresses
physical, mental, and emotional well-being, facilitating profound change and
restoration. As an advanced bodywork practitioner, I offer personalized sessions
tailored to your unique needs, whether you're seeking relief from chronic pain
or support in processing emotional trauma.

In addition to individual sessions, I lead "Healing Conversations with
Kristine," a warm online support group where we come together for collective
healing and growth. Twice a month, I also facilitate the Hanford Womxn's Circle,
a peer-led support group providing a safe space for women to connect and support
one another.

I'm available to support workshops and events, ensuring participants feel
comfortable and at ease. On-site bodywork sessions further enhance relaxation
and stress reduction, enhancing group experiences.

Beyond my practice, I find joy in activities that nourish my soul, from playing
clarinet and roller skating to creating intuitive artwork and cherishing moments
with my daughters. You might also find me chasing sunrises and sunsets amidst
nature's tranquility.
