While we approach each story with a fresh eye and tailor each wedding or event
to individual desires and budgets, we only offer a full planning option. We feel
this allows us to control all areas of your wedding or event ensuring all that
we plan together comes to fruition in just the way we promised it would.
Specialising in all types of wedding and event planning – corporate and private
events, destination weddings, you name it and we are there with you. With a
‘first-in-last-out’ attitude we are sticklers for detail and managing the small
things makes our hearts happy.

picture instead of the nitty gritty. We’re at your side from the get go and
we’re on the ball coordinating every single aspect, ensuring it all unfolds just
as you want it to, dealing with ALL the admin, suppliers and logistics, so that

CHERI VAN STADEN



Cheri has been in the industry for as long as she can remember. She started off
in Cape Town, then spread her wings in the UK where she executed exclusive
events alongside the Scottish Parliament and – a romantic at heart – managed
numerous weddings. On returning to South Africa, again Cheri focused on events
working on high-end accounts with top financial institutions, executing multiple
high-grossing events in record time across South Africa. She then stepped into
the role of Director + Principal of renowned Events Academy which, under her
direction, became a stand-alone, fully accredited educational body.



Bringing a sense of humour to almost any situation, Cheri adds a
light-heartedness to the 2iC team – a trait paired equally with the task-driven,
military precision that she applies to all the necessary admin and logistics. A
lover of people, of building relationships with clients and suppliers alike –
this is what drives Cheri to exceed expectations with true heart. Cheri is a
woman of her word who is family-focused, devoted to her husband and daughter as
well as her Christian beliefs, which ensures integrity and honesty in all her
dealings.
