Filtering By Selected Item

 

The "Filter by Selected" item takes the idea of refining your search by the
Refinement Columns, and makes it faster and easier to drill down to just the
data you want.

Here's how it's done:

    1. Click on an item with metadata relevant to what you're trying to search
for:



 

    2. Click on the "down" arrow contained within the refinement column that
you're attempting to refine by:



    3. Click on the "Filter By Selected Item" option on the dropdown:



Your search is now refined by the column value present in the item that was
selected without even having to touch that keyboard!
