perfect FREC 3 course. After an exhaustive search, Rachel's detailed response
not only provided the information I needed but also showed genuine interest in
helping me kickstart my journey towards becoming a paramedic. This level of

Really impressed with the content. The trainers are actively on the road which
helps with recent experiences to create more discussions and research outcome
content. A couple of additional topics covered that I haven't had covered in
previous courses by other providers. Would definitely recommend and have return
when our renewal is due.

I have to say a big thanks to Neil at NR Medical Training. I have been a first
aider for around 45 years and even now as a CFR there is always something new to
learn. Neil delivered a thoroughly detailed and interesting course for us on
Sepsis. Neil covered the subject from A to Z not only with passion and
enthusiasm but with recognition and respect for the knowledge and experience of
his course delegates. The course was broken down into digestible sections
interwoven with great class interaction and real life examples from Neil's

We would like to say a huge thank you to the CFRs who joined us on our latest
FREC3 RPL course at the weekend. It was great to meet you all and a huge thank
you to all of you for getting stuck in and giving it your all. I am pleased to
report that everyone absolutely smashed it and you are all a credit to the CFR
community. 👍 During the course someone was telling us about an incident they
attended. They referred to themselves as “just a CFR”. There is no just in what
we are – whatever grade we are, whatever we have on our epaulettes, we are all
there for the same reason, because we want to help – so whether you are
performing roadside surgical interventions or you are there delivering the first
bit of reassurance, oxygen and taking vital observations, or administering vital
immediate CPR in those first moments when it really counts, you are not “just”
anything, you are the person who decided to get up and get out there and help
others – that is to be commended and respected, CFRs in particular do not get
the recognition they deserve, they are selflessly giving up their free time
(more often than not unpaid) to help others in their own communities and beyond,
and for that we thank all of you. Here’s to those we know who go that extra mile
for others. ❤️ #CFR #Communityfirstrepsonder #thankyou

We want to create a community not only for those who need high quality, real
world, training but also for Paramedics, EMTs and ED nurses to join. We already
have a growing bank of amazing instructors who all share our vision and passion
for training and education. ❤️ We want to change up the way training is viewed.
We want to get rid of the long boring PowerPoint led sessions and make it
engaging, fun and informative, whilst maintaining a real-world view. We teach
from a syllabus so as to ensure standardisation across the board, but we differ
in the way we impart that information. Our instructors are not just trainers nor
are they just Paramedics or EMTs, they’re both! They’re all amazing people who
bring a wealth of experience, knowledge, and charisma. 😁 Any education should
be a two-way process. No one knows everything and we should all learn from one
another’s experiences. Creating spaces where people feel relaxed enough to share
their own experience and points of view is of vital importance. We encourage
questions and interactions from people, there is no such thing as a silly
question, and I can guarantee you’re not the first person to have asked. Real
life emergencies rarely happen in a well-lit room with 360-degree access.
They’re more often than not chaotic, messy, and difficult. We want to create
scenarios that are as close to reality as possible. This may be with live
actors, outside, in darkened rooms with minimal room to move around, and your
backup may well also be delayed. You may have difficulty in your access and
egress options and minimal kit. These scenarios are designed to put increasing
amounts of pressure on individuals in a controlled environment, so as to make it
as real as is possible. As Neil said previously, do you want the certificate? Or
do you want the skills and the confidence to be able to make a difference to
someone, should you ever be in that position? Come and join our community, and
find out how we’re changing the face of what training should be.
