Appleton Greene & Co is a niche corporate training provider, operating on a
global scale. We specialize in the provision of standard and bespoke training

“Appleton Greene's "Customer Retention" corporate training program was of real
benefit to us. It takes a lot of effort to win new customers and once we have
them, we understandably want to do as much business with them as possible. We
always felt that we were on top of things and implemented all kinds of customer
loyalty incentives and loyalty discounts, but it all felt rather predictable.
Appleton Greene implemented a process that enabled us to provide our customers
with more consistent support and assistance. We started being in regular contact
with our customers and in the b2b workspace, this is really important. Our
customers started to become friends or at least very good acquaintances and then
when we did send them information about other services or products, there were
understandably far more receptive. Not only has our customer retention improved,
our customers spend much more money with us and are very happy to do so. Our
business development process has become so much easier as a result. This program
taught us a very valuable lesson about our customers too and we understand them
much better and this helps to ensure that we develop the products and services
they actually need. This program was worth every dollar.”

“We were very impressed with Appleton Greene's Continuous Improvement program.
We have been so used to consultancy services and corporate training programs
that tell us what we are doing wrong and how to improve it and while this can be
useful at times, it can rather seem a bit like getting a sermon, where you can
feel as if everything you do is wrong. Conversely, Appleton Greene's Continuous
Improvement program actually focused upon our strengths and the related
opportunities and then provided us with a process that added significant value
to what we were doing well already. This was understandably well received by
everyone involved within our organization and it has certainly helped us to

innovative services and Appleton Greene's SI program explores all of them
thoroughly. Once we identify something that may be viable for us then the
program provides us with the processes to test these new ideas thoroughly. The

the empitome of Glocalization in the way that it operates and implements its

“Ambit Energy - The organization was the forefront on energy savings for
struggling consumers paying for utilities. This business was a favorite provider
for people that believed in what it offered. Obviously, many people were later
drawn by its mission for helping customers save on gas and electricity: whereas
developing customers. As an independent consultant, Mr. Belmont embodied the
practice of informing consumers on how to save on a good utility plan: using
preferable rates given by the company (for certain locations). Rates were
compared to what the consumer was currently paying. It was a historic moment
when gas and utility giants became deregulated: allowing small companies to
become secondary providers. Customers had benefited from its services and a
friend. Fortunately, this became an example of what customers favored: knowing
that someone benefited from the plan as well. The application was practical.
Teaching clients about the plan became easier: which indirectly increased the
organizations client base. We saw savings after the first payment.”
