Katie Agnew founded us in 2002, creating a place where people are welcomed in to
achieve balance and control in their mind & body. She is a physiotherapist and
the most experienced teacher of classical Pilates in the country. Our
hand-picked fantastic team believes in our clients ability and we work from a
custom built studio filled with Gratz and Pilates by Design apparatus.  We are
located in Rothesay Bay on Auckland’s North Shore.

We are also the home of the National Training Centre for Authentic Pilates
Education International
