This "Privacy Policy" covers information about you that the Aramark Uniform
Services business ("Aramark", "we", "us" or "our") collects (i) when you are on
Aramark's websites, (ii) when you purchase products or services through
Aramark's websites or in any other way from us; (iii) when we collect
information through channels where this Privacy Policy is referenced; (iv)
through our contact or call center; or (v) through any other method by which you

User Preferences, such as food preferences, sizes, favorite locations, and

-including name, email address, mailing address - and other information you
provide in response to surveys, marketing and promotional surveys and campaigns.

We may collect Identifying Information from you when you visit and use our

us by mail, phone or email, and/or fill out requests for information through our
advertisements, surveys or promotions. We also may receive Identifying
Information from third parties that are authorized to provide us with such

one of our partners on our websites or other technology, at our physical
locations, or at the physical locations where we operate.

2. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ABOUT DATA COLLECTION

We may require you to create an account to place an order from Aramark's
websites. When you log in to your account, use the customer portal, or place a
phone order, we may ask for your email address and other personal information so
that we can provide you access to your account in the future. When you log in or
use the customer portal, we may combine your personal information with
non-personal information, such as your past orders, to provide you with a
profile of your ordering history and for marketing and other purposes. We may
also combine personal information we collect from you through Aramark's websites
with information we collect through other sources such as, through phone orders
offline or from email lists purchased from third parties. The combined
information will be treated in accordance with this Privacy Policy for so long
as it is so combined. We may also aggregate personal information in a manner
such that the end-product does not personally identify you or any other visitor
to Aramark's websites, for example, by using personal information to calculate
the percentage of our visitors who have a particular telephone area code.

Aramark may offer chat rooms, forums, message or bulletin boards, product rating
and review areas, or interactive areas on Aramark's websites where visitors may
post comments or information for our visitors' benefit. If there are chat rooms,
bulletin or message boards, social networking opportunities or other interactive
areas where personal information may be posted at Aramark's websites, be sure to
check any posted rules before entering, as you will be bound by them as well as
any other related terms and conditions. Rules for participation in interactive
features may establish age and other restrictions on participation. As you know,
anything you post online is available publicly for the world to see. We make no
representations and undertake no obligations as to information that you
voluntarily post. Aramark may publish your name, voice and likeness and other
similar personal information in connection with any submissions you may make to
Aramark's websites or in response to one of our advertisements or other requests
for information. You should be aware that Aramark may (but has no obligation to)
publish your product related comments, with or without attribution of those

5. AFFILIATE PROGRAMS

Aramark may offer an affiliate program for qualified third-party websites.
Participation by a third-party affiliate in Aramark's program is optional.
Personal information in any application information from the third-party for its
website's participation in the affiliate program will be used by Aramark to
determine eligibility of such website in any Aramark affiliate program and as
otherwise permitted under this Privacy Policy. Account information of approved
third-party affiliates will be maintained by Aramark for the purposes of
communication between Aramark and the affiliates and for use as otherwise

content or information collection practices of those pages or for such websites'
use of any personal information you provide to them, and we expressly disclaim
any liability or responsibility for the policies relating to privacy and

9. HOW ARE ADVERTISEMENTS SERVED?

We may use service providers to serve advertisements to you when you are on
third-party websites and in emails, based on your activity while you are on our

for that style to you after you leave our websites. In the course of serving our

top of this page. Any changes to our Privacy Policy will become effective upon
our posting of the revised Privacy Policy on Aramark's websites. If you use one
of our websites following our posting of a revised Privacy Policy, your use of
Aramark's websites will constitute your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy

11. HOW CAN I OPT-OUT?

removed from a mailing list or wish to correct or update personal information we

the subject line and details about your request, including, in the case you want
to be removed from our marketing lists, the email address, physical address or
fax number that you no longer want to receive advertisements at. Or call us at
(800) 388-3300. We will seek to comply with your request(s) as soon as
reasonably practicable. Please note that if you opt-out as described above, we
will not be able to remove your personal information from the databases of our
affiliates or unaffiliated third parties with which we have already shared your
personal information (i.e., to which we have already provided your personal
information as of the date that we implement your opt-out request). Please note
that if you do opt-out of receiving marketing-related messages from us, we may
still send you important administrative messages, such as emails relating to
your orders or relating to product recalls or providing guidance from product
manufacturers, and you cannot opt-out from receiving administrative messages.

12. HOW CAN I ACCESS OR CHANGE MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

specific "micro" sites), please click on My Account on the website's homepage to

or restrict how we use your information, please email privacy@aramark.com. While
Aramark makes efforts to accommodate requests to restrict our use of your
information, we reserve the right to delete customer information if we cannot

13. HOW LONG WILL ARAMARK RETAIN MY PERSONAL INFORMATION?

Personal information that we collect, access or process will be retained only as
long as necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes for which it was collected,
unless otherwise provided in agreements between you and Aramark or as required
or authorized by law. Personal information that is no longer required to fulfill
the identified purposes will be destroyed, erased or made de-identified.



14. WHAT SECURITY MEASURES DOES ARAMARK HAVE IN PLACE?

Aramark takes commercially reasonable steps to secure the personal information
you provide. Aramark maintains reasonable physical, electronic, and
administrative safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized
or inappropriate access, including through the use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL)
security software. SSL is the industry standard security protocol, which makes
it difficult for anyone else to intercept the personal information in the credit
card / transaction and order information that you send us when you submit your
online order. Otherwise, the transmission of information to and from us may not
be encrypted or secure. Our systems and processes are designed to restrict
access to information about you to those individuals who need to know the
information to respond to your inquiry or request or as otherwise provided in
this Privacy Policy.

16. INFORMATION ABOUT MINORS

Aramark's websites are not intended for children under thirteen (13) years of
age. Aramark does not target its websites or any of its services or products to
children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under
thirteen (13) years of age; Aramark's websites are entirely aimed at adults. If
Aramark learns that a child under the age of thirteen (13) has submitted
personal information on Aramark's websites without parental consent, Aramark
will take all reasonable measures to delete such information from our databases
and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to
protect the safety of the child or others as required or allowed by law). If you
become aware of any personal information we have collected from children under
thirteen (13), please contact us using the information in the How can I contact
Aramark? section above.

Minors under eighteen (18) years of age may have the personal information that
they provide to us deleted by sending an email requesting deletion to
privacy@aramark.com. Please note that, while we make reasonable efforts to
comply with such requests, deletion of your personal information does not ensure
complete and comprehensive removal of that data from all systems.



17. RIGHTS AND CHOICES FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

If you are a California resident, California law provides you with the following
rights with respect to your personal information:

- The right to request to know the categories or specific pieces and the sources
of personal information we have collected, used, disclosed and sold about you.

When you exercise these rights and submit a request to us, we may ask for
additional information from you to verify your identity and to protect your
privacy. Aramark also may use a third party verification provider to verify your
identity. Aramark will endeavor to honor such requests unless such a request
conflicts with certain lawful exemptions under the California Consumer Privacy
Act of 2018. Please note that Aramark is only required to honor such requests
twice in a 12-month period.

The fact that you have elected to exercise these rights will have no adverse
effect on the price and quality of our products or services.

As set forth above, California law requires us to identify, for the 12-month
period prior to the date of this Privacy Policy, what information Aramark has
"sold" about you. Please be assured that Aramark does not sell or rent your
information to third parties purely for our profit, to data brokers, or in any
way other than those intended to improve your online experiences and the
relevance of offers made to you through Aramark's websites and elsewhere.
Instead, there are instances where Aramark has shared personal information in
order to provide our customers with personalized services or customized offers
to improve your online experiences through our services or elsewhere. We do this
in ways that are intended to extend the Aramark experience to our customers in a

obligations in place, this sharing may be a "sale" under applicable law and you
may have the right to request that we stop such sharing as more fully set forth

identifiers and similar technology; customer number, unique pseudonym, or user
alias; telephone number and other forms of persistent or probabilistic
identifiers), online identifier, Internet Protocol address, email address,
account name, and other similar identifiers;

- Commercial information, including records of products or services purchased,
obtained, or considered, and other purchasing or consuming histories or
tendencies;

- Internet and other electronic network activity information, including, but not
limited to, browsing history, search history, and information regarding your
interaction with Aramark's websites, applications or advertisements; and

- Inferences drawn from any of the information identified above to create a
profile about you reflecting your preferences, characteristics, psychological
trends, predispositions, behavior, attitudes, intelligence, abilities, and
aptitudes.

Aramark may require proof of California residence before responding to any
request made under this section. You may authorize another person (your "agent")
to submit a request on your behalf the same way on our website. Shortly after
you (or your agent) submit a request, we will contact you (via email at the
email address provided during submission of your request) with instructions on
how to verify the request before we fulfill it. We may ask for additional
information from you to verify your identity and to protect your privacy. We
will aim to complete your requests as soon as reasonably practicable and
consistent with any applicable laws.



18. CALIFORNIA DIRECT MARKETING INFORMATION

Under California Civil Code Section 1798.83 (the Shine The Light law), customers
who are California residents and have a relationship with Aramark primarily for
personal, family, or household purposes are entitled to receive, upon request
and free of charge, information about the personal information (if any) we
disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes in the prior
calendar year. This information may be requested once a year. If applicable,
this information will include a list of the categories of personal information
that was shared and the names and addresses of the third parties that received
the information. If you are a California resident and want to make a request for
this information, please submit your request in writing to: privacy@aramark.com
(please reference the Shine The Light Law in your email).



19. NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to
