Welcome back to another Foundation Friday! This week we have Holly Anderson, our
wonderful Director of Advancement Services. Holly started with the Foundation in
January of 2016, but before that, she worked with the Admissions department for
about two years. Holly and her husband moved to La Crosse for her husband’s
archaeology professorship at UWL. She worked remotely after moving here for a
large engineering firm in her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA. UWL seemed like a
great place to work. Holly wanted to get out of the house and work around
people, so she got her foot in the door in Admissions and moved up from there!
Outside of work Holly loves to travel! Being a professional archaeologist has
allowed her to see some cool places…and get paid to do so. Can anyone guess
where she is in her photo? That's all we have for this week, stay tuned for
another Foundation Friday next week as well as One Day for UWL!
