 * WHAT IS YOUR LENDING CAPACITY?
   
   
   We have a lending capacity of up to $1 billion. We can approve up to 95% loan
   to cost for loans greater than $20 million, and up to 75% loan to cost for
   loans less than $20 million.

 * WHAT IS THE DURATION OF THE LOANS?
   
   
   As a private bank lender, we can provide loans with terms of up to ten years.

 * WHAT IS THE INTEREST RATE?
   
   
   Interest rates vary between 4-12%. Numerous variables, including the amount
   of equity you have in a deal, your level of experience, and others, influence
   this rate.

 * ARE THERE LENDER POINTS INVOLVED?
   
   
   Yes. Based on the type of loan, lender points range between 0% and 4%.

 * DOES THIS APPLY INTERNATIONALLY?
   
   
   Yes, we offer international financing, but it depends on the transaction.

 * WHAT CAN I USE FINANCING FOR?
   
   
   No. We provide financing for every aspect of a deal, development being only
   one.

 * WHAT DOES THE APPLICATION PROCESS INVOLVE?

   five minutes, so it is unnecessary to schedule it. Call at your earliest

   For lending over $2 million:
   
    1. An email requesting the necessary information will be sent to you. If you
       are unable to fully complete the request, it is not an issue; we can
       proceed with the call. If you require a non-disclosure agreement to be
       signed, we will gladly comply.

    3. After completing the form, you will be prompted to schedule a call so
