How To
 1.  After washing hair, towel dry to remove excess water. 
 2.  Plug tool into an electrical outlet and the three buttons will illuminate
     (the tool has not yet started heating).
 3.  Press and hold the power icon button for 3-5 seconds to turn the tool ON.
 4.  The air temperature will default to the lowest setting (1 light =
     low/175°F), and the fan speed will default to the lowest setting (1 light =
     low).
 5.  To select a different fan speed press the fan icon button to cycle to your
     desired speed. (2 lights = medium, 3 lights = high).
 6.  To select a different air temperature, press the heat icon button to cycle
     to your desired temperature (2 lights = medium/215°F, 3 lights =
     high/245°F).
 7.  To turn ON the heated plate, press and cycle the fan icon button to OFF (No
     lights are illuminated).
 8.  The heat icon button will now control the plate temperature instead of the
     air temperature. 
 9.  The plate temperature will default to the lowest setting (1 light =
     low/280°F).
 10. To select a different plate temperature, press the heat icon button to
     cycle to your desired temperature (2 lights = medium/355°F, 3 lights =
     high/430°F). The heat icon button will blink while the plate is heating up
     and turn solid once the desired plate temperature is reached. 
 11. Control the intensity of the heat and airflow coming out of the hollow
     center bristles, with the “Bristle” slider switch, located at the top of
     the tool. Slide the switch to “No Air” to close the hollow center bristles
     vent (air and heat will still flow, but at a reduced rate directly to the
     scalp). Slide the switch to “Air” to open the hollow center bristles vent.
 12. Begin styling once hair is approximately 70% dry and detangled. 
 13. Apply your L’ange heat protectant of choice.
 14. Working with a manageable section, begin by brushing over the top of the
     hair near the roots. And then place the straightening blow dryer brush
     underneath the hair to brush out the strands.. 
 15. Brush hair in downward motion at a moderate pace.
 16. Once you’re finished styling, turn off tool by pressing and holding the
     power icon button for 3-5 seconds.
 17.  Unplug the straightening blow dryer brush and wait until completely cooled
     before storing away in a dry place.

Straightening Only Operating Instructions: To activate the straightening only
function (no airflow), press the fan icon button until the light is 1 click past
the 3rd fan speed setting. All fan speed lights and the motor will turn off.

Brush Drying Only Operating Instructions: To activate the brush drying only
function, press the heat icon button until the light is 1 click past the 3rd
heat setting. All heat setting lights and the heated plates will turn off.

AIRESS TIPS & TRICKS

1. How do I turn on the straightening brush function? To turn on the
straightening brush function of AIRess, you must turn off the air flow by
pressing the fan icon button until the air shuts off. The heating function for
straightening–located inside the paddle–will automatically turn on then. You can
then press the heat icon button to cycle through straightening temperatures. 2.
How do I turn on the brush-drying function? To turn on the brush drying function
of AIRess, press the fan icon until air begins to flow. When the air is flowing,
the straightening blow dryer brush will default to the heating mechanism inside
the handle for brush drying. You can then press the heat icon button to cycle
through brush-drying temperatures. 3. How do I adjust airflow speeds when brush
drying? To adjust the airflow speed of AIRess, press the fan icon until it
reaches the speed you desire. If you press the fan icon until the airflow stops,
then you will have automatically turned on the straightening function and AIRess
will revert to the heating mechanism in the paddle. Press the fan icon again to
turn on the air and enable the brush-dryer heating mechanism in the handle. 4.
If I find that the air coming from the center hollow bristles is irritating my
scalp, how can I control the airflow? To stop the airflow coming from the center
hollow bristles of AIRess, move the slider switch located at the top of the
paddle–and labeled “Bristle”–to the “No Air” position. To turn the air coming
from the center hollow bristles back on, move the slider switch to the “Air”
position. 5. What temperatures do each of the lights on the heat icon button
represent when the brush drying function is active? When brush drying, the heat
icon button will light up with one, two, or three lights. One light indicates an
air temperature of low/175°F, two lights indicate an air temperature of
medium/215°F, and three lights indicate an air temperature of high/245°F. 6.
What temperatures do each of the lights on the heat icon button represent when
the straightening function is active? When straightening, the heat icon button
will light up with one, two, or three lights. One light indicates a temperature
of low/280°F, two lights indicate a temperature of medium/355°F, and three
lights indicate a temperature of high/430°F. 7. Should my hair be completely dry
when using the straightening function of AIRess? Yes, for the straightening
function of AIRess when the fan is turned off, your hair should be completely
dry. The heating mechanism inside the paddle for straightening will reach 430°F
when on high, which should only be used on completely dry hair. 8. Should my
hair be completely dry when using the brush-drying function of AIRess? When
brush drying, your hair should be mostly towel dried to approximately 70% dry
before beginning to style.
