The rubber moulding service we give our customers is completely bespoke to meet
the most specific and precise needs. As leading technical rubber moulders all
our customers products are developed at our testing facility and fully equipped
in-house laboratory by a team of highly skilled technicians and specialists.
This gives us a competitive edge and makes the services we provide truly
exceptional.

By using our engineering and material expertise on a client’s behalf, we can
develop the most cost effective, reliable parts possible for the most
specialised custom rubber components. With our full service approach, starting
with the initial specification, you can be confident that we will provide our

At Harboro Rubber we utilise and invest in highly skilled and qualified
employees in order to exceed customer expectations and to continue breaking the
elastomeric technological boundaries. Our bespoke rubber moulding services
includes the procurement of inserts, material development and special
packaging/despatch needs.

All our products are custom moulded to designs provided by, or developed with,
our customers. Our staff have extensive skills both in design and in volume
manufacture.  As renowned bespoke rubber moulders we have our own in house
rubber chemists, rubber engineers and development laboratory.

QUALITY ASSURED



Every rubber moulding follows a route from design, APQP / PFMEA to sampling
trials, PPAP and full production supply, within our regularly audited quality
system. From initial production through to release of product, control plans,
quality standards and process instructions are utilised to ensure that the parts
are correct.

Harboro supply full PPAP Level III submissions for all components with a
complete dimensional study and capability data where required.

Harboro supply to IATF:16949 requirements but are happy to work with customers
to produce data to meet their specific needs.
