STEERABLE WHEEL SORTER


Discover the exceptional capabilities of our Steerable Wheel Sorter,
revolutionizing the parcel diversion process. With our unique design,
segregating parcels anywhere between 0 to 90° has never been easier. Experience
effortless and precise sorting operations, with impressive throughputs of up to
8000 parcels per hour (PPH).

Our advanced system operates by utilizing a servo motor to rotate smart rollers,
while a sensor detects their position. This intelligent sensor signal interlocks
ensure stability and reliability throughout the sorting process. The sorting
steering mechanism, connected by joint bearings, allows for fine-tuning of the
sorting angle, providing flexibility during on-site commissioning.

   smooth manner

   and gunny bags
