Submitting a request * FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQS) * LOG IN TO OPEN A TICKET OR CHAT * GET AN ACCOUNT AND START NOW! LIST OF ALL INPUT FORMATS CaptionSync accepts a variety of media files. This article lists the input formats we accept. IMPORTANT NOTES: * If you don't require Video Encoding or Audio Description for your media, and you have a large video file (> 200 MB), you can submit just the audio content, in the MP3 or WAV format. All we really need is the audio track of the video. * If your media is not in one of the formats described below, you can use a converter to transcode it to a format we accept.
