GREAT STAY
Marriott did an amazing transformation of the resort to an All-Inclusive.
The staff, cleanliness, entertainment, and food. Just mindful it’s still
Mexico. I contracted giardiasis at Hana restaurant either from the dinner
soup (temp too cool) or the breakfast tuna (too warm or old). All in all
the resort is amazing. We enjoyed the week stay.

Our family spent 4 nights at the Marriott Cancun. It was an amazing
experience. The hotel is clean, the food is delicious and the staff made us
feel so welcome. It could not have been any better. We will definitely
return.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS HOTEL..
Bad service, awful food, no vegan options, no fruits and simple salads.
Dirty rooms, no slides (in construction), no tents, additional charges in
kids, cabana near the pool etc.
This really below the Marriott standard hotel, not justified the high
price.

EXCELLENT SERVICE BUT LIMITED LUNCH OPTIONS AND LACKING ENTERTAINMENT
Service was excellent. Tania (Front Desk Manager), Rommel (Fitness Center),
Fernando (Coffee House), Michael (Ono), Cesar (Casa Madre), Omar (Taco
Truck), Leif (Mo's), and Diana (Kid's Club) really enhanced our experience.
However, the entertainment at night was severely lacking. We also wished
that there could have been more and better lunch options. We stayed in a
Caribbean Suite and noted that the turn down service was inconsistent. It
only happened on the first and last nights of our visit.

Overall decent stay. Food at all locations was great except for Mo’s. If
you are expecting an American burger that’s not what MO’s has. Hana had
great food and everything we ate there was delicious, even preferred it
over the tepenyaki at the Japanese restaurant. The property is well
maintained and like that the staff always seemed to be supporting each
other. I have never seen that type of support system at any other resort. I
am a bit disappointed that we had to upgrade rooms in order to be next to
our family. We went during off season, construction is still on going, And
hurricane was just starting.. they could have easily upgraded rooms to
place us next to each other given the situation but instead Marriott took
the opportunity to upsell.
