HEART OF OUR APPROACH: SAMOAN VALUES At Seugagogo, we cherish and uphold the core Samoan values of fa’aaloalo and alofa, which form the foundation of everything we do. We warmly welcome every child and family as part of our extended family (whānau), embracing the principles of respect, care, warmth, trust, and aroha (alofa) in our daily interactions. These values are the bedrock of our teaching philosophy, guiding us to build strong, meaningful, and authentic relationships (va-lelei) with children, their families, and our wider community. We deeply respect and honour the uniqueness of each center’s community, their aiga, and their families. Our commitment extends to future generations, as we firmly believe that every child matters.
