WELCOME TO LURAY MOUNTAIN CABINS!

Romance, adventure, peace, and privacy are all in abundance at Luray Mountain
Cabins! 

We offer six custom-built properties: the Black Bear Lodge, the Barred Owl
Lodge, the White Pine Loft, the Loft at Blue Sky Ranch, and our brand new
Cottage Collection composed of the Black Walnut Cottage & the Blue Birch
Cottage.  Each property offers a distinct view (direct mountain facing views,
more secluded wooded views, and peek-a-boo mountain views) and absolutely
luxurious finishes.  The owners (Jim & Lisa) take hospitality seriously and
provide impeccably clean properties, constantly upgraded furnishings and
amenities, and are always just a text or call away for anything you may need.

Located in the heart of the Shenandoah Valley, these cabins are only minutes
away from everything: Shenandoah National Park & Skyline Drive, Luray Caverns,
Shenandoah River rafting/tubing, Lake Arrowhead, Massanutten Ski Resort,
wineries/craft breweries, horseback riding, zip lining, historical sites, and so
much more. Explore the quaint towns of Luray, Stanley, New Market, Elkton, and
Shenandoah without ever being more than half an hour from the cabin!

Guests need to only bring their clothes, their toiletries, and their groceries
as the owners have stocked these properties with all the comforts of home so
that you only need to come, relax, and enjoy the mountains!

Electric Vehicle Owners: we’ve got ya!  Level 1 (standard 120 v) charging at all
of our properties, including extension cord!

The Black Bear Lodge provides plenty of space for everyone while retaining its
romantic, luxurious, and super relaxing personality.

THE BARRED OWL LODGE: PEACE & PRIVACY

The Barred Owl Lodge is ideal for couples or small groups who are looking for
peace and privacy in a beautiful, newly constructed cabin.

This impeccably clean custom-built property is located higher on the mountain
and offers our most private and secluded feel with wooded acreage and peek-a-boo
mountain views. Wildlife sightings (owl, deer, hawk, and yes, even an occasional
bear) are the most common from this home.

THE WHITE PINE LOFT: PERFECT FOR COUPLES!

The White Pine Loft is an adorable cabin, perfect for a romantic couple’s
getaway. It offers all the amenities, privacy and luxury of our larger
properties but downsized to perfectly fit a couple (plus a small child).

 * Gourmet kitchen w/full size appliances, living room w/fireplace, dining area
 * Large bathroom with full size tub
 * Spacious lofted bedroom with a queen bed fitted with soft Egyptian cotton

 * Outdoors, the living space continues with a hot tub, firepit, propane grill,
   and plenty of dining and seating options.
 * With its all-pine interior and soaring cathedral ceiling, this property is
   beautiful as well as romantic!

THE LOFT AT BLUE SKY RANCH:  A UNIQUE COUPLES GETAWAY!

The Loft at Blue Sky Ranch  offers a truly unique experience for couples.  This
cabin is located on a small ranch completely surrounded by mountains, so the
views are gorgeous and the voices of goats, donkeys, cows, and roosters will
keep you company as you relax and refresh. This cabin is completely private,
luxurious, and offers the following features:

 * All pine interior and soaring cathedral ceiling
 * Studio kitchen w/oversized convection toaster oven, counter-height
   refrigerator, hot plate w/cooking pans, microwave (with microwaving,
   roasting, and air frying capabilities), coffee maker, electric tea kettle.
 * Super cozy dining area w/fireplace
 * Full size BA with barn door entry
 * Private ranch-facing rear patio with Weber propane grill (pans & utensils
   supplied), fire table, and seating
 * Spacious mountain-facing, lofted bedroom with a queen bed fitted with soft
   Egyptian cotton linens and seating area w/large screen Smart TV

Our Cottage Collection Properties are the perfect romantic getaways for couples
looking for direct mountain-facing views and brand new construction with
luxurious finishes!

Welcome to the Blue Birch Cottage & the Black Walnut Cottage: two brand new
romantic & unique properties! These two provide the same cabin experience as our
other offerings, but they magically blend modern cottage & classic rustic cabin
styles for our guests looking for something a little lighter in feel.
Refreshing, sun-filled, romantic & luxurious are the best words to describe
them! The main difference between them is only in the outdoor space. Both offer
covered front decks with mountain-facing views but the firepit at the Blue Birch
is nestled in the side yard treeline and the firepit at the Black Walnut is on
its rear patio.

The Blue Birch Cottage

 * Newly constructed in 2022 with beautiful mountain views
 * Tucked away on Roundhead Mountain, only minutes to downtown Luray
 * Private, furnished side deck with Weber gas grill
