We fully remove shingles and felt down to the deck. Next, we inspect the deck and make any needed repairs. The roofing team will a install true starter strip, new synthetic felt, install new vents and flashings, ice and water shield to valleys, and then your choice of higher grade shingles by GAF or Owens Corning.
