ABOUT DR. BLACK

Throughout his career, Dr. Black has been fascinated by writing and the
complexities of the human mind.

Serving in the United States Navy, training in neurosurgery and practicing for
over forty years, then traveling around the world with the World Federation of
Neurosurgical Societies, he has accumulated a lifetime of remarkable
experiences.

Dr. Black’s first novel Seizure won the Writer’s Digest award for the best
independent genre fiction of 2021. His second, Death by Denial detailed the
