👸 Call me the steak queen 👸 I know. Everyone says they have the “ultimate”
steak sandwich. But I promise, mine actually is. (Now can’t leave the room due
to the size of my head) ▶️ Ingredients (Serves 2) 1 Bake at home ciabatta 1
donaldrussellbutchers picanha steak Handful of button mushrooms, sliced Half an
onion, finely sliced 1 tbsp butter Handful of rocket Vine tomatoes Pinch of
dried oregano 1 clove garlic, minced Juice of half a lemon 4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt and pepper ▶️ Method 1. Remove the steak from the fridge an hour before
cooking (I know you know but it’s important for an even cook). 2. Put the
ciabatta in the oven according to pack instructions 3. On the same baking sheet
place your vine tomatoes, rub with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and a little
dried oregano. 4. Season the steak well and cook in a searing hot pan the way
you like it. Rare / medium rare for us. 5. Remove the steak from the pan and
wrap in foil to rest while you prep everything else. 6. In the same pan, fry off
the mushrooms and onions until soft. Season well with salt and pepper. Add the
butter and stir through. As the steak rests, the juices will collect in the
foil. Pour them into the mushrooms. Don’t waste a drop 🤤 7. Mix the garlic,
mayo and lemon juice together in a small bowl. 8. Once your ciabatta is cooked,
cut it in half and toast lightly under the grill. 9. Layer up your sandwich! 💫
Make sure the fist layer is the mushrooms so that buttery juicy goodness soaks
right into your lightly toasted ciabatta 💫 Oh my god. Just try.

🥩 Another week, another steak 🥩 🚚 donaldrussellbutchers This is the lean
sirloin sharing steak and it was melt-in-the-mouth delicious 😋 It was also
super quick to make. I marinated the steak in kikkomanuk teriyaki sauce for
about half an hour before which gave it those blackened edges when I cooked it
🤤 I stir fried the veg (peppers, onion, baby corn, green beans, water
chestnuts, mushrooms) with 2 cloves of garlic, fresh red chilli, a small thumb
of ginger, and 1 tsp of Chinese 5 spice. When they were cooked I removed from
the pan and did the same with the noodles then mixed all together with the
juices from the steak, and the juice of 1 lime. Topped the dish with sliced red
chilli, sesame seeds and chopped coriander. This was bursting with flavour and
we loved every mouthful. 😁

Spiced beef shin Tacos This was something truly incredible i got the beef shin
from donaldrussellbutchers which do the ground work for you and slow cooks the
joint so all you got to do is add your seasoning, this is what i used • x3 ancho
chillis (blitzed) • x1 Tbsp tomato paste • x3 tsp garlic paste • 3tbsp beef
stock • cracked black pepper I paired this amazing meal with matsuwines #elrecio
